What time do you typically "crash" at?

In terms of energy (or.. lack thereof, rather!). I'm finding that although today I didn't have my regular schedule, I'm crashing RIGHT NOW at my 2nd job - after working first for 7 hours at my 1st job and now 2 hours into working at my 2nd one. (If that makes sense). I... want.. to... go... to... sleep! What time do YOU typically crash at? Besides making coffee, how do you get through these extremely hard times?

wow you have your hands full. my works for me is taking care of three kids. they are a handful, sometimes they wake up in the middle of the night and if I am sleeping sucks cause I have to get up to attend to them. so most of the time I try to wait till one or the other wakes before going to bed. which is sometimes not till four in the morning. sometimes it is hard for me to go to sleep at night. but you have it hard. I wish you luck, and try to get some sleep, lol

I usually "crash" an hour or two before dinner time. It's the time when I get hungry and my body's run out of the day's food-energy. But if I just kind of snack through the day, I'm fine. I've never really had bad crashes during the day, more problem was more getting my day started. I am NOT a morning person, lol.

I'm not too sure. Whether I actually crash or not depends on how late I stayed up till the previous day or how hard I have been working throughout the day. Typically though, the latest I can survive before feeling tired is 12 at night. After that, if I'm not doing anything, it's really hard to stay awake

Usually I crash a little after midnight. I love sleeping through the morning because it is the most boring time of the day.

Everyone have their "crash time", but the "crash time" is different. My "crash time" is at 11:00-12:00am. In this time, I hardly work. So, I will drink a cup of green tea to get through these extremely hard times. The tea will make me comfortable, good feeling and relex. Listen me, my friend, drink a cup of tea,you will work hard!

I probably exceeded my limit today. I stayed up for 16 hours, from work, I went to the hospital to have myself checked, then went home to change and went straight to work. lol. 16 hours would probably my crash time.

hi maezee wow two jobs you are burning the candle at both ends. but what a lovely sight, oh my dears I do not think I can last the night. just somepart of a poem you made me think of. You are really spreading yourself thin. how long does your second job last? I mean you already worked 7 hours, two more hours you have already put in nine hours and most jobs are only 8 hours. I hope you really need both jobs or that you get some sort of break as though you Are making more money if you get ill from burning your candle at both ends it will cost you in money and time off work.I am retired so mylotting now seems to be my work, but I was not lucky enought the last few years to have a full time job as i worked in the orange cou nty library system and they were always going poor mouth.but I was a senior citizen by then so there were enough hours then for me. I used to work as a nurses aide and generally ourhours although supposed to be eight usually turned in to nine hours but that was enough as thats a very physical job. In these horrid econmic times its making so many people do thingts that are not really that good for them. do take care of yourself. I crash here at ten or ten thirty but I am not working. good luck God bless.do get enough rest.

It's awesome you can use the computer at work! In any case, I would have to say that I would go promptly to the nearest cold water or ice source, and splash my face with it, or dunk my head in it for a minute, that'd surely wake me up, if for no more then a few minutes atleast.

I start crashing a few times - the first is after lunch. then around 7pm and then later on. I also have 2 jobs but my second job is on the weekends so I work 7 days a week. It makes me always tired.

Ten is about the absolutely latest I can go. When it comes to ten, if I'm not in bed, I can be in a very irritated mood at best and not being able to function at worst. I rarely have to be up past that time thankfully. The best thing to do was to be keep moving the best you can. Keeping active is about the only way to stay awake.

My energy level is pretty consistent throughout the day. I start feeling really energized in the evening (5 or 6), and then at around 10-ish - so, 10 pm is the time I usually crash at.

Your putting in alot of hours so its no surprise your getting tired at some point into your 2nd job. Other than stimulants like coffee, or soda one of ways I used to regain some energy when I had a very heavy work schedule was when on my break I would find somewhere quiet that I could relax. Do a little stretching, and either in a comfortable chair or lying down I would just do some deep breathing, close my eyes and just try to relax my body. If I had the time, like on my lunch break I might try to take a brief "Catnap". Believe it or not, just stretching and relaxing your body for a few minutes will often times give you an energy boost.
