I grew up watching Bugs Bunny, Speed Racer, Tom & Jerry....all the classics. I can remember on Saturday mornings they would always have all of my favorite cartoons on. I would sit and watch with my sisters and brother. Did you grow up watching cartoons? Do you like them? Witch ones are your favorites?? I always liked Popeye the sailor man & Bugs Bunny.... Seems like a lifetime ago!

Yes, just like any kid. But unlike today that cartoon is shown 24/7, in our time, cartoons are shown every Saturday only. I love Superman and other heroes of Justice League. Just to past the time, I watch Bugs Bunny, Popeye and the like.

Since i was a little kid, I always watch cartoon in sunday morning. I think the reason why i can wake up early in sunday morning is only to watch the cartoon. And i still watch the same cartoon until now, such as doraemon, conan, crayon sinchan, tom and jerry, popeye and many more. I still feel like I never grow up, because the cartoon never change. I love all cartoon movies.

oh yeah! I'm an avid cartoon fan, I sometimes make drawings of my fave characters when I was a kid, I sometimes get my humor from the cartoons I watched, although I'm not watching it most of the time when I turned past my teen years but I could even enumerate them all now: I used to watch WB Looney Tunes (I like the Silly Symphonies episodes), Walt Disney classics both movies and mickey, donald, goofy, pluto series.. chip n dale rescue rangers, ducktales, shera, xmen & batman series, some anime like dragonball z, ranma 1/2, gatekeepers, you're under arrest, samurai x, pokemon, some nickelodeon cartoons like hey arnold, rocko's modern life, rugrats, catdog, all real monsters, spongebob squarepants, and cartoon network cartoons such as the powerpuff girls, cow and chicken, little lulu, tom and jerry, scooby doo, johnny bravo, dexter's lab, and many more..

Those certainly were the days back then. Everyone that I knew got up very early on Saturday morning so that we could watch cartoons. I was always a big fan of Scooby Doo and I also really liked the Jetsons and also The Flintstones. I really believe that I was a fan of all of the Hanna Barbara cartoons. Now, cartoons aren't nearly as fun or as magical as they were when we were children because there are always cartoons on, not just on Saturday mornings.

I don't know why....but I was never really into the smurfs. There cute and everything, I just never really watched it much. But I'm not laughing.... The older I got, the less I watched cartoons. I don't really watch them now as an adult. My daughter is in college now so they aren't on the TV for her either. Have a great day! Tidwell

Hi Tidwell! My favorite as a child was Bugs Bunny. I love Looney Toons. Even my father loves watching cartoons with me and my siblings. I don't like it that much now. I have a 4 month old kid and I watch Nicktoons Jr. with him. I also love Sponge Bob and Square Pants. I still watch cartoons until now.

Hello, Tidwell! I would say yes, like any other kid, watching cartoons on TV is part of my childhood. Though, I wasn't more about cartoon network watching, I also get to know and seldom watch Bugs Bunny, Tom & Jerry, Lulu, Popeye, etc. I was more likely watching anime shows on t.v. It was so common among us in our country when we were young, and still now children are hooked up with anime. I like Ghost fighter, Flame of Recca, HUnterXHUnter, Naruto, and Dragon Ball Z. I love them all! =D

I watched a lot of anime too! When I was around thirteen my friends and I were obsessed with Dragon Ball Z and Inu Yasha. We would even like get so serious about drawing it and recreating the scenes. I even was contemplating going to an anime convention!

Hi Tidwell, Yes, my brothers and I did grow up watching cartoons. It was kind of a Saturday morning tradition. I always liked Little Audrey the best I think. Bugs Bunny was pretty cool also. Then we got to watch the Flinstones on Friday nights and Deputy Dawg on Saturday night. Other than that, we did not watch much tv. I agree that it seems like a lifetime ago. Those were the days when cartoons were fun. I can't say as I like a lot of the cartoons that they have now. I had subscribed to cartoon network when my daughters were young and canceled it because some of the cartoons were just so over the top.

Yes, yes, yes!! Oh I miss those mornings. Id bring my blanket with me and sit in front of the tv and stay there until it was all over. But cartoons arent only for kids. I once own a restaurant, on Saturday mornings, most of my customers were men. They could be a pain in the you know what since I was doing the cooking and waitressing at the same time. So I had a huge TV installed and would turn on the cartoons. As they'd walk in, they'd ask me what was going on. Id tell them to shut up and sit down. When the restaurant was full, I had to laugh, they were all sitting, heads up in the air, mouths wide open, watching the cartoons hahaha. We're all kids at heart, arent we? My most favorite was Bug Bunny. Ehh, whats up doc??? haha

Oh my! I loved Tom & Jerry and Bugs Bunny! Did anyone watch classic Nick shows? Like Rugrats, Angry Beavers, Rockos Modern Life or Hey Arnold? I miss these so much I wish they would bring them back. There so much better then the crap on Nick now! Spongebob is alright but True Jackson and some of those cartoons are just plain disgusting. Oh what I would do to have my Nick shows back!
