Unless necessary I will change my bedsheets, every 10 days I just had to sleep alone in my bed but i want the whole thing to be tidy as possible, its nice to have comfortable bed to sleep or to lay down feel exhausted for whole day loaded work.I like the smell of the softener of the fresh laundry sheets and it makes me relax lying down on my bed. I never skip a day to have them replaced every ten days,I cantruly say I don't feel comfortable once sheets all like messing up.. I also love my sheets to have in set matching all with my bed materials,.Feel relaxing isn't it? Do You guys have the same habit? I'd love to hear from you.Thank you and Happy myLotting!

hello cloud! yeah i agree with you that its always nice & better sleeping in a clean and good smelling bed! its makes our sleep more comfortable and yeah, relaxing... in our house, i don't really have a schedule for changing them, but i make sure that they are always clean and good smelling! hehe its not easy to wash them actually...that's why sometimes i also get tired changing them! haha and besides, i have to keep them clean and good place to sleep at..if not, it will be kinda embarrassing to my husband and he might look for another bed to sleep! ooooops! just kidding!

My wife usually takes care of this. I am pretty sure it would never get done if I had to try to remember to do it. I rarely remember to make up the bed, let alone change all the sheets.

For me it is typically every two weeks that I will change the sheets that actually are in contact with my body. However, I will typically go about a month in between washing the comforter or other sheets that don't actually come into contact with my body. Now, there are times that I will go closer and times that I will go a few days longer. I'm not really strict on anything in life, but this is one of the things that I'm more strict about.

I try and change my sheets once a week, but I fail most of the time. It's usually every two weeks, unless I really get ambitious. I do like it when I change my sheets, though. It's just that it's a pain.

Just the same here hofferp, I also would like to change it every two weeks. But because sometimes I am busy and I no longer have time, I would prefer once a month. For that I have lots and long time to enjoy the smell and softness of my pillow and blanket.

Hi cloud Yes i have schedules for every thing, for example, my bed sheets, pillow cases, towels over pillow cases are pure white, the slightest dart or dust make it look so bad, so i change them every alternate day.. Thanks for this discussion. Happy posting, cheers. Namastey. Kalyani

I'm so excited to know that you are a lot like me when it comes to your linens - LOL! I like my bed to be neat and tidy too. I change my sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths all the same day once per week. I think it is perfect timing because it's my husband and me so it needs to be changed more often than ten days, of course. It's also good to change all of my linens at once because it's on the weekend that I do this, and I can get them all washed up for the next use. Like you, I love the smell of clean sheets and towels. There's nothing like it! So yes, I definitely believe in keeping to a changing schedule because if you don't, you would probably lose track and have dirty linens all the time, which is unsanitary. Thanks for asking!

that's a good enough frequency, cloud. me, i do it twice a month, so that's about every 15 days. i would love to have it done more frequently because a clean sheet and pillow case gives a good smell that helps in making a restful sleep. you see, in hotels, the chambermaid usually changes the sheets and pillow cases everyday and you always get a good sleep. but, of course, it's too expensive -- pay for the laundrywoman and for the soap -- to be doing it like in hotels.

Hello there! Well, I change my bedsheets, pillow cases and blankets every two weeks. My mother does that and that is the habit that I follow. However, If I made a mess in my room and the sheets get dirty, I change them right away. Sometimes, I change pillow cases almost every two days because I sometimes drool on them when I sleep (hey, we all do that, right?) so the pillow case turnover is very fast. Hehe.

I'd say we're about the same, we change sheets every two weeks or ten to fourteen days. Sometimes if it's been particularly hot and humid, we'd change sheets sooner because it'll smell sweaty faster than normal and you don't want that. I don't always have matching sheets and pillow cases but I color match them most of the time. :)

I used to change my bedsheets once a week. My set is complete with 2 pillow covers, a fitted sheet and a blanket so obviously it's matched. However, I have some also which does not belong to a set so I have to do color matching. Like most of us, lying on my bed makes me feel relax and comfortable.

I like with your habit, because it is necessery for our cleannes and comfortable when sleep in the bed. To change the bed sheet is avoid us for any matter that can make us itchy. I sure that u fell like this.
