To all my mylot friends. I found a buyer for my house on June 30th.

I haven't mentioned anything about it because I wanted to make sure the inspection, apprasial and everything else went through with no problems. I can't believe it happened and I'm just so happy. On August 9th the movers are coming for my stuff to ship it to Puerto Rico and on the 10th I will be closing on my house. So from August 9th till sometime in September I will not have a computer.

I will try to go on while in Florida visiting with my parents but I know I won't be on everyday. I am looking forward to my new life in Puerto Rico but I will miss you guys till I get my computer up and running again. So for the next fifteen days I will try to be on as much as possible because I know I'm going to have mylot withdrawals.

Wow...Puerto Rico...I can imagine the beach. I heard Puerto Rico's beaches are real beautiful...I love nature..Oh my, i guess i envy you now. Not only because of the beach but because your going to live with your boyfriend in a place like paradise. Its kind a romantic. Im looking forward to settle with my boyfriend in the US too. God please grant my visa.

I hope and pray for you that you get your visa so you too can be with your boyfriend. My story is a bit romantic and now moving to PR to be together is the icing on the cake. I can't wait. I hope it happens for you too.

You are so kind, I will be back sometime next week. I had to go back to New Mexico in January to be there for the birth of my grandson.I'm returning to Puerto Rico on Wednesday. I miss you and my friends and being on mylot full time.

Sorry it took so long to respond but hadn't checked this one subject out in a long time. It took two months for me to get my computer and stuff. I then had alot of work getting my house in order once I did get all my stuff. Then we had the holidays and then in January I flew to New Mexico to be there for my daughter and witness the birth of my grandson. What a beautiful experience. I am going back to Puerto Rico on Tuesday after being here for almost two months. I picked Puerto Rico because that is where my boyfriend lives. However, it is a hop skip and jump to my parents in Florida. LOL I will be back full time sometime next week. Looking forward to my return. Take care and have a great weekend.

That will be fun to share. I will be still on for the next two weeks and then gone probably for about a month or so. Its almost 11pm here in New Mexico. We are not to far from each other.

I have Mayflower moving company coming on August 9th to pick up my stuff to ship to Puerto Rico. I'm only taking my bedroom furniture, TV, computer and about 20 boxes. I can't wait to start decorating my new home. It needs a women's touch from what I remember when I was there last year.

I will definitely send you pictures once my computer is up and running which will be sometime in September I hope. The beaches here are simply beautiful. I predict someone will be coming into your life soon you just have to be open to you. God bless you and stay as happy as you can be. Being happy and smiling alot will attract the right guy.

Congratulations on selling your house! You really lucked out in this market and I'm glad that everything went smoothly and you're good to go. Moving is such a busy time so I'm sure you won't have much time for mylot but mylot will still be here once you're all moved in and settled.

Thank you so much! I too could not believe with this market that it's actually happening. However, they do say this is the time for the buyer to buy because the houses have been marked down so much. I lost a bit on the sell but I need to get out and be happy with my boyfriend in PR. That is more important then money in my opinion. Once again thank you so much.

Hello lelin, glad to know that you are shifting to your own house in Peurto Rico. As for being off the computer and mylot, that is something you will have to go through as you will be busy shifting and then settling down in your new home.We shall all miss you, dear friend but will wait patiently for you to restart mylotting.Anyway wish you all the best.

Thank you so much! I can't wait to see my parents its been over two years since I've seen them, which is the longest time between trips. Its Puerto Rico because my boyfriend had a house built out there. He was born there and then lived in NY since he was 4. He moved back about three years ago. So I'm going out there to join him. I was there last year and before that when I was in my early 20's. Its a beautiful Island and alot more relaxed. I am half puerto rican so it is a part of my heritage. I have ancestors that were born here. Its all in the blood I love the food and the music. I have to say years ago I had told my boyfriend I would never move to PR, but like they say never say never.

That is a lovely story, lelin, one that warms the heart. It is rare nowadays to hear stories about someone getting all excited because she is going to see her parents. And even rarer for someone to sell her house because she is going to join her love somewhere in an island. Are you sure you are for real?

Seems that story was taken from some chapter in a romance novel.

Hiya lelin, Good luck with moving and for being able to sell your House. Hope you will be very happy there in Puerto Rico. It´s very tiring moving Houses have been through that you find that you did´nt realize that you had so many things in your House. The other thing is getting settled in if the other House situated another way round you will find yourself going to the back Kitchen Door instead of the Front Door like I did and vice versa. Thank you so much. The sell of my home went very smooth and fast. The movers have my stuff and I'm now visiting my parents in Florida. Can't wait though to be on the plane to Puerto Rico which will happen the last Saturday of this month. Thanks again for your good wishes.

Thank you so much carmelanirel - I only brought this house three years ago thinking I was going to be here for good. Life changes with surprises that you never even think about. I lost a bit of money on the sell but I'm still walking away with enough to survive for a while. Thank God. I'm so happy I had put down half of the money for the house when I brought it. If I hadn't I wouldn't have been able to sell either. My parents tried to sell a few years back too and they to were going to lose big time so it looks like they will be staying in their home for good.

Thank you so much Savypat. I really can't stand packing but I'm almost done and will be excited when the the movers come and take it all away. Then unpacking will be an ordeal but decorating the new home will be so exciting. That is my favorite thing to do. I will still be here for a couple of more weeks on a limited basis.
