Ive lost 27 pounds. Do diet and exercise. Always check on what you eat. try to avoid unnecessary foods like too much soda, donuts, cakes, ice creams. eat them during occassions not everyday. ^_^ the exercise must have a routine and regular schedule so it could become a part of your life ^_^

Wow that is something great. First of all congratulation for losing so much weight. I also think I must stick with good diet and do some exercises to lose weight. I think walking is a good exercise.

I am still working with my doctor to find an appropriate medication for my Hypothyroidism, which caused a 60 pound weight gain over the past few months. However, prior to my thyroid problems, I lost to and maintained a very slim weight y reducing my caloric intake, eating primarily produce and unprocessed foods, and exercising for 1 hour per day.

ajithal oh dear I have not lost weight yet, but am trying. cut back on carbs, and get more exercise. cut back on fats too, and do keep hydrated'as a lot of times what we think is hunger is really dehydration as we are thirsty for water. Drinking water is helpful as it has no calories and will help your body function better. Also will reduce the urge to eat between meals.Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park farther away from work and w alk more.Walking is one of the easiest ways to get needed exercise.Portion control will also help to lose weight as most of us are used to too large portions of anything so cut down and exercise and lose weight.

Yes walking is one of the easiest and less costlier and simplest form of exercises. I also think drinking water helps to decrease the hunger and also prevent dehydration. I think more healthy we eat the more less heavy we will be.

Exercising is the only and the best way. I have gotten fantastic results on a thread-mill in the past, and now I am doing yoga, which really works too! But the most important thing is to find a form of exercise that you like, it makes it much easier to commit to it.

I began at about 120 pounds. Then, I was MIS diagnosed with bipolar disorder and put on anti psychotics which made me go up to about 170 pounds. Now, since Feb. I am down to about 140, but my goal is 125. The one big thing is going vegetarian, the amount of fat in meat is crazy, especially in red meat. Even if you can't stop eating white meat and fish, try to cut out red meat or at least limit it to once per week.

I am a compulsive eater so I have to write down everything I will eat the day before. This has helped me lose over 30lbs and I'm doing great with it. Helps change the inside and out. I'm retraining my brain with eating. Also adding a good work out will help. You can do it. You also need a lot of support I love the website buddyslim, its free and great with suppose. Good luck!
