Hi Tushavi I am from the United States and I have nothing against anyone from any country. In fact I dont think that most Americans have any problems with people from other countries. I spend a lot of time in New York City and there are a lot of people from the middle east all all over the world. There are a few Americans who are very vocal about their dislike of people from other places, but I assure you that the majority of the country is not like that at all.

Canada is one of the best, and safest countries in the world. Many emigrants come here each year to make Canada their new home. Canada welcomes emigrants from all countries and religions, including Muslims from Pakistan. Islamic Terrorists have killed Canadians,in many countries the world over, and its not surprising that we are suspicious of people resembling Terrorists, and that we do not immediately embrace Pakistani's who wear long beards, or (in the case of females,) a hijab covering the head, and face. Is it too much to ask emigrants, that they learn our language, culture, and customs? If our culture, language, and customs are too aberrant for the Muslim emigrant, he or she is encouraged to return to Pakistan.

Hey Tushavi First of all, i want to tell you that i really like your profile picture. I am a peace loving guy and really liked the picture that is the best symbol of peace. And now coming to the point you started. I am from a country that has always been in problems with your country. But still i feel that the people of a country are never responsible for all these things. It is always a few people that spoil the name of a community. Like if some people of XYZ religion engage into something bad and the politicians and media creates such a hyip about those people that the entire community is seen with suspicious eyes. I know that a normal pakistani citizen would have never thought of conquering my country but still our countries are at war most of the time. 99% of the population wants peace and the remaining 1% is the one that creates all the problems. Hope you got my point. Have a nice day brother....

I understand you man. I also have the same sentiments about my country. I am A Filipino and also disappointed of how other citizens think about us, especially after the tragic hostage taking that happened in Manila. Filipinos in general are not like the hostage taker. But the world thing of us like one. It really is tough to prove the world that we also have some good things in us.

Hi tushavi, i am also from Pakistan and living in France currently.I got a chance to meet many people from America when i was doing a tour of few European countries. When i told them I am from Pakistan,I did not felt any special change in their behavior. They have good feelings for us and no biasness.I feel these are our Governments and our Media ,especially International Media which blows the news like this and causes hatefulness among the masses. So the basic need of the hour is to give awareness to the people about the Pakistan and Pakistani people and we the youth of our country we need to promote good things about our country!

Hi Tushavi, I have always felt sorry for the way the true followers of Islam are treated when it comes to getting a visa to travel to the west. The problem is that since 9/11 a lot of people are really scared and feel that it's almost impossible to tell who is a terrorist and who isn't. I know that most followers of Islam are good people and will not harm anyone. I hope that ways can be found that will help people like you to travel the world freely. Blessings.

Most of the people here do not hate your people, or any others. Sure, we have a few crazies that judge an entire people by the actions of a few--they think all Muslims are like the sick men who carried out the 9/11 scheme. They don't look at all the other people of that faith that are living among us and contributing to the good of their communities, living peacefully. Anyone from the Middle East may be check more closely by security but again, they may not. Americans are insanely self-conscious about "racial profiling" and will go to any lengths not to do it. They will search old ladies and toddlers while letting a person who fits a bomber profile go through unmolested so they won't be accused of profiling. The sad fact is, most of the bombers and destroyers of people in the past decade have been young Middle Eastern men. That's where you may see prejudice but that is a reason for it. If a blond, tall man had been seen robbing a store, would the police look for a short, dark man? No. Hence, some more intense scrutiny of Middle Easterners. We have our crazies, too. People who claim to love life and yet they murder doctors who perform abortions instead of working to get the laws changed or change the morality of our country. There are crazies everywhere and unfortunately people tend to focus on them as representative of their group. As a Christian, I live with prejudice--when people know I'm a Christian they expect me to start bothering them and trying to convert them or rolling around on the floor speaking gibberish or begin to rant about how sinful everyone is. That is not what the typical Christian is like but the crazies among us have given that impression of the whole people. I hope you understand what I am saying. It is the ignorant among us along with the crazies that are causing your troubles, not the average person here or anywhere. When we deal with the crazies, we'll see an improvement!

they are stereotyping other. it is sad, they are judging us without looking inside us. and it is also uncomfortable too because they are looking at you just like you are a terrorist.

For me because they want that they are master they trend to there culture that no other would be better except of them. And we live to the injustice world but be ware if Jehovah God send his Armageddon to this world they are no sense to him but if you worship him he will safeguard you and save of that time.
