I can't stand the touch pad. It's so sensitive. I like using the mouse with my computer. My daughters use the touch pad all the time and I don't know how they do it. lol ...it drives me crazy. How about you? Do you use a mouse or the touch pad on your laptop?

I don't use it too, i still prefer the mouse on my computer. i guess younger people are more technology-friendly than us little bit older.

I stick with a real mouse. The touchpad is nice and everything, but is rater uncomfortable, and impractical to move the pointer from the entire screen. Not the same with a mouse, that is much more flexible. I use a mouse whenever I can, and only keep the touchpad when I have no choice.

I love touch pad. I like it because it is comfortable while using computer placing it on the lap. My son uses the mouse and I made him use the mouse for two reasons. I do want him to damage the touch pad and mouse is easy for small kids like my 4 year old.

I use them both it depends on the situation. If i am moving around with my laptop it's the touch pad, but if i'm at home it's the mouse. I don't know call me old fashion but I kinda like my mouse.

I like my touch, with time its get easier to controll it. maybe u should practice a little in flash games, and later you can use the touch pad as a "pro".

i love the touchscreen editons of any computer. At the moment I have an HP touchpad notebook and just purchased the sony vaio touchscreen desktop, which im working on now and absolutely love it. You can adjust the sensitivity of the touchpad through the settings. I had to adjust mine so they wouldn't be as sensitive and would give a little leway in case I hit anything by mistake :)

I've used the touch pad since I got my laptop but I bought a mouse because I use the touch pad so much that one side of the touch pad is wearing off and I don't want it to get messed off. So now I just use the mouse pad. I use to not like using touch pads but I got used to them but now it's all about the mouse.

I always use the touch pad on my laptop. I get used to it. Also because my mouse broke.lol. I guess you'll easily get used to it as long as you use it all the time. Try using it always, I'm sure you'll be able to get used to it too.

I can use either one. I guess you could say I am mousey bilingual! lol! Anyway, I do prefer the regular mouse most of the time. Especially when I am working on a project But if I am just surfing the web I don't mind the touch pad too much. It took awhile to get used to though!

I don't have a laptop yet so I can't say for sure if I'll be using a touch pad or a mouse. I guess, for starters, I will use the touch pad first so that I won't be carrying excess baggage like a mouse. If I don't get used to it then I'll be forced to carry the mouse with me.
