I am a certified one. I love coffee so much and I can't resist its aroma. In fact, I can drink 6-8 cups a day, sometimes even more. I know it can give health benefits, but I also know that along with those are the so-called side effects as well...But who cares, I am addicted to coffee! ARE YOU TOO???

No, I'm not an addict. I love the aroma too, but I get too antsy if I drink it.

Wooh len! I limit myself to no more than three in a day and I thought I am already the biggest addict of caffeine. Well, because in our group, I really am. :) Well for coffee, just three since I also have coke after lunch - more caffeine! I need to have one immediately after I wake up. The aroma simply perks me up! Let's just hope the benefits will outweigh the negative side effects since we can't say no to it.. :)

len hi, i think yes i'm addicted to coffee since i drink 3 cups daily.. Can't go by a day without having my coffee fix, but only in the mornings.. After that for the whole day it's just lots of water.. Started drinking coffee since I'm the one fixing my husband's coffee every morning before he goes to work, so love to sit with him drinking our coffee each morning before he leaves for his job. Have fun mylotting today friends...

Len, I am just the opposite; the smell of coffee turns my stomach, I dislike the taste. Caffeine in any form taste unpleasant to me; it has a bitter bite that makes food and drinks taste strange. I have to make coffee at my job and it is one of my least favorite duties. I see people drink it; I am harrassed and verbally assaulted by some who want to be served coffee as early as 3 or 4 a.m. in the morning (our coffee bar is open between 7-9 a.m.). Once a guest filled a bucket of ice and threw it against the door (locked until the coffee bar opens) and ice flew all over the lobby. Afterwards, he ran like a coward! I was married to a two-pot-in-the-morning-before-talking-to-anyone coffee drinker; he was absolutely grumpy until he finished his second pot of coffee. I do not understand why people like the stuff, maybe the caffeine is addictive. I'm not a coffee or caffeine fan.

If taking 3 cups a day means a coffee addict...well I am. Its aroma is really the culprit..lol. Even I want to cut it, once I smelled it, I couldn't resist to have one. And I don't want it with any combination of creamer or milk, I always love it to be simply black. But yes, I believe that I need, actually I'm trying to lessen it, for I strongly believe that it really can harm our health. May we can do it gradually.

Yes, I am. I just love some drinks that contain caffeine, such as coffee and also Diet Coke, so I can't seem to help myself.

Addicted to caffeine! You are a self-confessed addict!. I never dreamed to be an addict in whatever aspect of my life so any food or drink or any stuff that contain addictive substance I never touch. So I am free!

I can honestly say that I'm not addicted to caffeine. I find that caffeine actually doesn't do much for me. My husband on the other hand needs some caffeine in his day , whether it be coffee or soda. I guess it has different effects on everyone! I'm just glad I don't have to completely depend on it..but I must say that I do love the taste of a coffee or diet soda!

We're the same. I am a coffee addict too! Right now, I am sipping my favorite coffee while MyLotting. It gives the mental boost that I need while participating in the discussions here. I also learned from recent researches that coffee now is not that harmful to our health, but rather can help prevent illnesses such as Alzheimer's and certain types of Cancers.
