Do you think that computer is still interesting without internet connection?

Well my work is related to computer. So i have to stick with computer whether i am online or not.. But still without Internet computer stuff will be boring for sure. I stay online for more time whenever i do work on mylot.. so surely i will miss internet connection. :)

NO NO NO not at alllllllll..... a computer for a techky without a NET connection is a just a box... for gaming persons.. it mau be helpful .. im a internet bug.. so no thinking of living without connection

For me, I would have to say it would be boring without the Internet because I play games and do everything online. I use instant messengers online and listen to music online as well.

Well I think it's interesting to an extent I suppose but not for the most part. I rarely use the computer without being online. I use it offline to edit videos and sometimes to print various reports but even with that I have to log on to save the reports first. I'm guessing we would all spend a whole lot less time on the computer if we didn't have an internet connection.

Computer without internet connection is like a man without eyes. Though he can live a life, but he cant see or explore the world. From chatting, messaging, day to day news to running business everything need as communication channel called internet. I am addicted to internet, and all my work is related to it.

A big NOOOO... Please net is very much important now. Computers without net is like a couple without any child... thy may live but not happily...

I don't, for some reason it seems rather boring without an internet connection. I can play games, watch movies but still it feels weird without it. I hate when the connection goes down, as I never know what to do. I sometimes sit and play Football Manager, this is one of the only games I can play for long periods of time and frustrating enough steam usually plays up when the connection goes down. So I tend to watch the television which sometimes feels like punishment. lol

Mine is because i have all kinds od pic and videos to look at. Also i play sims3 and you dont need internet to play the game. I spend many hours playing that game.

Yes, it would be totally boring. There are the few work related things that can be done without internet...but besides that.....nothing, nada, zilch. We love, love, love the internet.

if you ask this to me a few years back i would say it is still interesting if the computer do not have an internet connection as i am not using it that much.but since i am using it ,need it for my daily work and accustomed to it i think it would not be interesting without internet connection.i will feel like missing something if there is no internet connection in my computer.a few days or a month maybe fine with me but more than that i will be crazy as i need to search and look for information.internet has been the fastest way to gain information nowadays.it takes time to avoid us from internet.

I would still have plenty to do on my PC without an internet connection. Not so much with my laptop, but my desktop has more than enough to occupy me.

Hi Insulin....computers will definitely be boring without internet connection. But then there are also times when I can still have fun with my computer even without internet connection. This are moments when I'm reading ebooks, or playing computer games which do not require internet connection. Anther is when I'm listening to music and watching movies through the computer (I prefer the using the speakers attached to the computer hehehe) Still with internet connection, there's so much fun available for us. I think so, but not that interesting as it with internet connection. You will be limited with what your computer could offer and if you are already used to internet ready computers, I think you will feel bored.

yes video games and typeing i have one computer with out internet and i use it as much as i use the one with internet. in fact that one helps me when i am writing to stay focused.

Yes. It will still be a very big help to us. It’ll still fasten everything we do that involves technology. But of course, being connected to the Internet sometimes is better. You can find and do a lot of things when you’re online. You can just connect to different culture without traveling or much effort.

interesting question i like it.. well i could live with out internet connection if i had to.. id play games like solitary.. or buy some games from wal mart and down load them to my computer.. they make so many.. it would be hard to choose.. but im glad i have internet.. becasue i use mylot to de stress.. and i would miss it alot if i did not have the inter net connection.. :) ty for posting this question...

you can play plays and optimize your work with softwares like word.......etc. only one thing we can't do is to earn online and be in contact with our friend who are in far distance, we can't call them every time due to bills...........

Yes I would not thing a computer would be that interesting any more with out the internet since you can do so much online every thing from read manga,play games,make money and talk to people.

Yes, they can be interesting and useful without internet. Not so many years before, internet was not so common as now is, and still many people had computers. I work with computers, as a programmer, and I know many ways in which computers don't use internet at all. Just to name some, we can play games, listen to music, I like to do some programming too, watch movies, view documents like word or excel, view and print photos, among others. Thinking, really the most activity for my computer are offline. Afew years back, I had only a dial up connection, so in practice I was totally unpluged most of the time, and still liked the computer very much and all what I can do with it.

Mmh,there are lots of things we can do without our internet connection. I must admit that it's an important instrument to stay informed with what happens aroun the world. When I don't use my internet connection I use programs like Photoshop,Lightroom,Word orFrontpage(because I also like create template for site..although I'm not soo good!).
