what is the most way to enjoy and release stress?

Everyday from morning to evening we have a lot of thing need care of us such as house work, children, job, relations ... and some other things put me in stress status e.x problems in job, traffic jam especially the force of deadline for something in job ... So find a effective way to run of stress status and continue go on is very important. Someone go to the bar (but it's harmful) , someone fall into worry deeply (it's dangerous) and some others not find out the way to release the stress and self finish his life (wow, I don't understand why they can do that) ...

The best way to enjoy and release stress is to be free of all the worries you have in mind, also to ask for guidance to God. You can also enjoy and release stress by talking to the important people in your life like your family, spouse, boyfriend, friends. You can also go shopping and unwind by going to places you've never been before by this you can release all the stresses you have in mind.

Enjoy good music and stroll for a time and then come back to work. For those that married a good time of intimacy with your spouse can also relieve stress

It is very difficult today to escape stress. Life is now very busy and stressful everywhere. Time and money seems not to be enough anymore. Family help, understanding and support are very important. But do not forget rest and sleep. Find some time for relaxing activities with the family or friends, such as trips or sports or games. I read somewhere that there are three simple things to fight stress: gossip, dance and laughter. It is easy to try them.

doing my hobby. like walking in the morning in the forest or listening the music. or maybe just watch the sky in the night. it is time that i need to do it. we often busy in our daily activities.

Doing something you enjoy is always the best way to relax and release stress. Even if it means more work and more work, some people still find pleasure and is not stressed by it. lol. As long as one thinks positively, there are many avenues to relax and release stress, there is no need to go to extremes.

I think the most enjoyable way to get rids stress is by traveling. See white sand beach somewhere but I luck of fund this day so I will go with cheap way. Its can be watching a movie or just playing with my dog, do the thing I usually can not do.

If I become frantic because of too much work and household chores, I sit down for about 5 minutes and then I'll play with my dog; we go to the park and there we play. Sometimes I also clean and tend my garden and before I knew it, I am relaxed.

for me if you asking what i do everyday is reading daily scriptures that i get on my email from a relative. it makes me feel good and rethink everything that happened that day. i think if you will refer to physical stress of our body, i like massages. whole body and warm bath... that makes the stress away... i take pity on people who just ends their life just because of stress.. just taking deep breaths and allowing your mind to wander to other things can release your worry...

I have practiced and taught meditation for the last 30 years or so, and that is one of the best ways to deal with stress. Stress can only be managed, it cannot be eradicated because it is necessary to have some stress in life or we wouldn't bother to make an effort to do anything at all. With negative stress like traffic jams etc or getting to be somewhere on time, then meditation can be used as it is not all about sitting down with the eyes closed. If you focus on the moment here and now, and accept whatever is going on when it cannot be changed, stress will ease off. If there is nothing you can do about something, this meditation will teach you how to deal with it. I have a link on my profile that explains more about meditation and how to do it. _Derek

Hello there .. for me if i want to release of stress i go to singing box , go to pool and fhising then i go to play with baby and alot of it cause we grow up man or women no for long get the stress because we know what we do and the first is sleep much its a good way for release of stress if you not believe it asking to doctor

Yeah, everyday a lot of things to do, to think, always put us in stress status, when I feel stress, i will stop to do other things, such as go out to breath a fresh air, listen to soft music, talk with others. The best thing that i like to do is to read a funny story. It always make me feel good.

For me, considering my tight budget, the most I can do to relieve myself of stress is to get a good book, find a nice quiet place to sit and read If I have a few extra money to spare, then I will go to have a massage so that my muscles can relax. My muscles on the shoulders are usually hard with the tension that I feel during work. Some of the other things that I do to relax is to listen to music or to get a warm shower

stress is something hard to deal with. in my physical fitness class we learned that doing something that is energy taking is the key to reduce stress. maybe you can try to left weights. you can also go out and do some boxing of running. the point is do something that will make you sweat.
