My wife had gall stones, she suffered a lot for several years, tried herbal, unani, homoeopathic medicines, none worked, lastly we had to go for operation by laparoscopy method, six stones, one was large and five small were there. They removed the gall bladder totally, the result till today she can’t digest oily food, has to take ESOZ 50 daily. Today I received a mail from a friend that tells about ‘Removal of gallstones naturally’, wish I knew it before. It says, this is a useful piece of information that you may have not received before. This is true and it works. You can 'Google' Dr Lai Chiu-Nan to find out more about her and the feedbacks of this treatment. REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY By Dr Lai Chiu-Nan It has worked for many. If it works for you please pass on the good news. Chiu Nan is not charging for it, so we should make it free for everyone. Your reward is when someone, through your word of mouth, benefits from the regime. Gallstones may not be everyone's concern. But they should be because we all have them. Moreover, gallstones may lead to cancer. "Cancer is never the first illness," Chiu Nan points out. "Usually, there are a lot of other problems leading to cancer. In my research in China, I came across some materials which say that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstones. It's a matter of big or small, many or few. One of the symptom s of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area." So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally. The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked. Regimen: 1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally. 2. On the sixth day, take no dinner. 3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water. 4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts. 5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage. PS. 1cup=250ml, one cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.) The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who pass 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many." "Even if you don't have any symptom of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then. Well I find this useful and sharing for benefit of mylot friends and members. Please tell this to others, who knows somebody, will be benefitted.Professor

Would this be safe to someone who has diabetes? Someone I knew had big gallstones but is scared to have them removed. I'm sure she'd like to do what you shared in this discussion, but scared to try cause there might be complications. She's diabetic and she was advised to avoid fruits for now.

hi P rofessor I read all that and yet I cannot quite think that what the doctor suggested really will work. If it does why did my doctor not suggest this treatment as opposed to surgically removing the gall bladder and being done with it. I would really need some proof that this really does work I have read the ingredients and so help me I think what he suggests would actually make you ill not help anything.for one thing he is wrong ,I never had gallstones before til I was in my fifties.Apples of that many inone day as a diabetic would send my blood sugar sky high. olive oil and lemon juice. I do not think so. sorry but this does not make sense iun my own mind.

My friend too hospitalized because she had gallstones. She spent a lot to have it removed. She might get pissed if I tell her that it can be removed naturally. We had a friend who just went to the bathroom and was surprised that she gave out some gallstones too. Thanks for the information. Might try this one. I always get that bloated feeling after eating.

Hi prof thanks so much for posting this very timely post about gallbladder stones. My wife also has gallstones and we were planning to have it removed this december. Although money is not a primary concern since she's covered by her health card, it's better to try to flush the stones the natural way than undergoing surgery and losing the gallbladder entirely. I will try to do the things you mentioned and see if it works for her.

dear professor, my boss had gall stones as per findings of the doctor and he has stock of apple juice in the ref. he has read something like what Dr. Chiu Nan tells in your discussion - apple juice is good. he now is no longer complaining about it so i guess he is cured. his family is very cautious and prefers the natural rather than pills and other medicines. so i guess apple juice really helps. thank your for this discussion. ann

I've been lucky because at this point in my life I've not had to deal with gallstones. However, I remember when I was a child, my mother had gallstones that resulted in her having to have her gallbladder removed on an emergency basis. I've taken note of this natural method for getting rid of gallstones and I will most definitely give it a try at the first sign of having any kind of trouble with my gallbladder.
