If you don't think the 2nd Amendment refers to the right of the people to own gun, and you don't think people have the right to form militias, what do you think it does mean?

This is one of the subjects you and I agree on, Ted, so I can't answer your question. A government that can disarm the people can take advantage of the people and the framers of our Constitution took steps to protect us from just that.
