Why some people are born rich

Sometimes I use to wonder about this world of ours. yes. Some children are born in rich peoples' family. Some children are born in slums not knowing how to make their living. Some are born intelligent. Some are dull headed. Some are quite tall and slim. Some are not so. Why God is making it partially like this. Why not everybody be given equal life, status, color etc. Some of us are working for hours together to get part of dollar whereas some are lucky to earn millions in an hour or so. Why? What do you think is the reasoning behind it or there is no reasoning and just we need to accept?

Dear friend, There are many unanswerable questions in this world like who created sun, galaxies, humans so on. As per the spiritual way the knowledge could be known through meditation or being a saniyas. Keeping a link with God, finally when that spiritual power is got, may be the sixth sense one could be able to know how all this has happened. If we go to the interior of Himalayas we could see such munis, saniyas who keep close touch with God, they have made their whole life only for God. They communicate with God and all answers they get from God who created all this. But do you know who created the creator, may be God knows.

you have told rightly that some questions are not answerable and this is one. How I wish people get at least food for two times a day to eat so that they may not turn bad. There are countries wherein 20% people live not knowing whether they will get the food for the next time. In spite of their not getting food properly they continue to be good allowing others to live without trouble. I really appreciate the poor people living with contentment. thanks

Its not that someone is rich or someone is poor. God has created everyone and he has plans for each and everyone of us wheather somone is born with a silver spoon in a rich family or wheather someone is born is slums.. We should not blame God in whatever he has done. Even I used to think that why only some people are white and some so blakkish skin but there is something which we should always thank god for. We think some earn just a bunch of dollors in hours but in reality their ancesetors had worked really hard in order to acheive that situation so some where somebody have to work hard in acheiving those objectives. In the same way we should renew our minds and be dedicated in life.

"We should renew our minds and be dedicated in life" -- I like this portion of your response. Color doesn't matter. Height doesn't matter. it is only the drive to run continuously that is relevant. thanks. have a good day.

Life doesn't seem to be fair. The best things to have in life are happiness, good health and good luck. Money doesn't make a person happy but a severe lack of it can make a person miserable. It doesn't matter what a person looks like he or she can be any race. In my opinion each gender and each race of people are equal. It would be boring in life if each person was the same. I like to have variety with people having different careers. Some countries are well developed and the people living there have a high standard of living. Some countries are developing and have many very poor people. When a baby is born it will be in the country the mother is residing in. That lady will be a citizen of a particular country. The baby will have a particular nationality. In life there are three types of people: movers and shakers, steady workers and plodders. It is luck where a person is born. Sometimes a person is the slums rises above these in society. Education can give a person qualifications that can get him or her a good job.

You have told about nationality of a child. You also subscribe to the view that diversity is what is brining interest in life. You attribute LUCK as a main factor for one's birth and existence. Interesting. thanks

I have also been asking that question a few months/years ago. There are days too that I would ask those, particularly on the matter of the heart and family. I mean, why does it seem that people who are good in love cannot find love? while those who take it forgranted can get all the love they need? Same goes with money and abilities. Perhaps we can't truly grasp the reason for it, remember that God knows everything and knows beyond our understanding. Perhaps he already knows what would happen if we're all equal. Perhaps he's seen that most would be happier if there are 'differences' in our lives. My mom always tells us that it's easy for us to judge and see others' happiness and be envious of them. We fail to see what they went through to get that happiness. In the same way, I have two friends whose lives are so different. Their lives seem so opposite because the first one has everything in terms of finances while the other is struggling everyday to make both ends meet. When I say "struggle" it means that regardless what she does, she will always be hard-up on money. On the other hand, the other friend is really lucky with money, any business she's going to go into would flourish, she never had any problems financially and have frequently been trying to help our other friend with her financial problems. They were both my high school friends. Now, I know that most would see the other as 'living a good life' while the other is purely 'unlucky'. We'd not see what they're going through. The first friend may have all the money in the world, but she can't get along her parents and in-laws. No matter what she does, she can't get their approval and is in constant ridicule by relatives to the point of being an outcast to them. Don't get me wrong here, she is my friend and I know she has flaws but it's a wonder why she can't get a long with them. On the other hand, the second friend has a very good family life and does well with others and all her relatives. I guess people have different lives and we can't fully explain these. But know and trust that we are not put in a situation which we can't fix or do something good about. What makes you happy may not be as important to other people, while their troubles may be something simple to you. Perhaps we are all called to just help each other to make our lives better. As to asking 'why'? We would never know. Take care and have a great day ahead.

Dear ladydee, Thank you very much for a detailed well presented response. Perhaps you are a teacher. True money and happiness are always not going together. People who have money have all the physical problems, relationship problems. People with less money are able to pull on well with others easily. Thanks. Have a very successful day.

If we all looked the same, lived the same, thought the same there would be no you, no me, no anyone else. We'd be each other. If we were all born rich, what then would we aspire to? If we were all poor we would not know what riches are. If we were all of equal intelligence who would we speak to? If we all thought the same... We are diverse and in diversity is survival not only of the species but of individuals. The strongest among us, the most intelligent, the most willing to work, those who work with their minds and those with their hands actually need each other, just because someone can conceive an idea doesn't mean they can bring that idea to fruition. It's our very differences that make it all worth while. It gives us topics to discuss, achievements to admire and heights to reach for.

You are right. That is how life is. I take it this way. I am not born rich, the reason being that I have the intelligence to become rich. The so called blokes who are born rich are already rich because they don't have the ability to earn the riches. lol.

We all have our different obsticles in life to overcome and rise above. Some are rich and some are poor. Some are handicapped and others are not. We all have something that we need to work to get beyond. If we were all the same, what a boring world it would be, don't you think?

There could be reasoning behind it or there could be no reasoning and we just need to accept. I honestly have no clue which one is the right answer even if someone was to insist one way or the other. What I do is just use what I have to the best of my ability with the situation I'm in. Thats the best I can do with the life I have.

"I have to do the best of my ability with the situation I'm in" -- it is a good point. Yes there is no reasoning for this situation. Many things in life cannot be reasoned out fully. have a very goo day

hi ravisivan, yes that is god creation, but take it for granted fate and luck will play key role in our life, not in ourlife in everybody's life,i have experienced several like this, when we take the next birth, we have to check our bads nd goods, according to that we will decide where to take birth in rich or slum, inteligent or dull, tall or short etc etc,so we have selected all these and entered in our present life,so we have to face them, have a nice day

Some kids are born rich because their families are rich. No need to ponder on a deeper meaning here. If you wanna be rich, work hard.

Hi ravisivan....love your happy icon. Your questions require answers that lead to other answers and so on. You could see your questions and the answers as linked (as they are)or view it in different angles. Like... children born to rich family becomes rich (unless they become poor in the process of growing up) as they are educated in good universities and exclusive schools and therefore have the intelligence and capabilities, as well as the resources, to become rich or even richer than their parents. Growing up with good and complete nutrients allow them to grow healthy and taller and beautiful, aided with all the cosmetics and other amenities that they can well afford. On the other hand, children born to poor families remain poor as they are unable to get a college degree, much less finish primary or secondary school. Uneducated they cannot land a good paying job and poor nutrition growing up affects health and brain. Puts them at a disadvantage in all aspects. All these are man-made and therefore I don’t think God is to blame for this. But He gives us hope that this condition can change, in the far future if not in the near future. Have a nice day ahead.

It sounds differently -- "All these are man-made and therefore....." the discussion itself is on the fact that it is not man-made. this is my view. any how thanks.

God has His own purpose of why He made us different from one another. He knows our own strengths and weaknesses. I believe that the social status, physical attributes, the financial situation one is in, etc. are God's way of helping us grow as better individuals. He also wants us to learn how to help and share our blessings with the less fortunate ones. Moreover, God aspires that we complement with our neighbors despite the differences each of us have.

nice way of looking at neighbors. I have also felt on many occasions. In emergency situations it is only our neighbors who come to our rescue and it is not our children who are living thousands miles away. have a good day.

i do envy anyone who is born rich... i do believe that everything has a purpose, and reasons.. equality i believe is human standard to have common knowledge of what things suppose to be but in reality, this equality are not easy to achieve, it is even impossible to experience, but differences are challenges for us to understand and accept that even if inequality exists, we are able to see good in every bad situations, this may sound impossible but in example, richer families may seem to have no problem but they are the most who experience broken families.. we will soon realize that in the end, we will all experience equality in different ways and in circumstances.. again, i do envy people who are born rich but if they do not have happiness in all areas of their life as they get older, i pity them! hehehe

But one thing is for sure. A rich man need not be necessarily happy and a poor man need not be necessarily feeling bad. Every body has got a problem. A poor lady living on a platform in alwarpet she is happy. A rich man living in 50 storey building is not happy. Again another thing -- It is is not First in First out. Many times it is First in last out --I mean the life period is not at all certain for all living beings including man.

your observation that there is no reasoning in the birth of people in rich or poor family. I am also tempted to agree with this. We have no control over one's birth. thanks.

Some people are born rich as their parents are rich. Similarly some people are born poor as their parents are poor. If everybody were born equal in life, I think the charm of life would have been absent in life and life would have been dull and monotonous.

Your view for creating charm in life some are born rich and some are born poor seems interesting. But why absence of work, wealth should make life miserable for a few. Rich becomes richer and poor becomes poorer.

God created people that way, so that everybody will have their fair share of hardships and joy that they will have to work hard in order to attain them. Children born to rich people are very lucky, because it was their parents who worked hard to get rich. It is up for these children to be able to maintain such wealth or to put them to waste. That will be their goal. Whereas children born to poor people are up for a struggle in life, to overcome their poverty. They themselves will try hard to combat poverty. That too will be their goal. As you see, everyone has to work in order to achieve those goals.

ok. Children from rich families need to work less to achieve day to day needs. Whereas a labourer's son/daughter has to work hard to get even basic needs. A rich man's son has to work hard to retain the available assets. Interesting. Thanks

hello, Actually, that is being fair. Sometimes people who are rich are those lazy one they dont like to work at all because they knew they have a lot of money but when they go to a poor life they cannot get longer to it. Those tall and slim are those who have destiny to make.(I dont know that) but as you notice every thing is not perfect because God is just making fair for all his mankind. He dont have any favorite or etc.

It doesn't exactly have to be like this, but this it was capitalism allows. if we lived in a communist or socialist society, "god" would allow us to have a fair share of social status. Power politics is really what determines how we grow up as poor or rich people.

I believe it has to do with your will to make more money than the average Joe. I know lots of my friends are just fine with their small hourly wages because they just care about getting by. But I myself will not be satisfied until I am a millionaire, and everyday I spend over an hour thinking of how to make those millions. I strongly believe this is the difference.
