Yes, indeed both are seems connected. Since my internet connection is restored back, my Outlook program is working fine, too. By the way, thanks for sharing this valuable info here. I will keep it for future reference.

The site that you provide here, need we to purchase it in order able to use it, right? Or can we use as free without purchase it, too?

There have been a couple of times that I've had so many messages that needed to come in that my outlook would freeze up on me. When this would happen, I would go through the internet to check my email. That way I was able to delete all of the incoming messages that I had that were not important at all. That meant there would be far fewer messages to actually have come into my outlook storage area. That has always resolved my problems in the past.

Yes, indeed when there are so many emails coming in at the same time, it would freeze the outlook for a while. What i do is, i close and re-open my outlook and it is loading fine again. Now, i always delete off unwanted emails, to make sure my outlook able to load very fast whenever i open it.

You can always go to www.mail2web.com and retrieve it. Just put in your mail address and password and it will access the server and let you have your mail.

Seems like, Outlook indeed is having quite a lot of problems. I haven't tried Mozilla's email system. So, this system is free, too? I might have a look about it. Thanks for introducing it here.
