Have you ever been in a car accident?

I have been in several car accidents and sadly mine were always due to others hitting me from behind. Something about all the vehicles I have owned that others just can't figure out how to stop if not by hitting mine from the back. I am glad that I personally have not caused any accident myself, but can say that no matter how many times it has happened it was a very scary situation. I hope you are doing okay after your minor accident. Something about any type of accident that leaves us a bit shaken up.

yes it happened to me too some years ago in reality i wasn't the driver but just the passeger anyway i experienced this cara ccident but luckly nobody was injured at allonly some little wound but nothing serious!!

Welcome to mylot Well i have seen many car accidents, in 1986 i faced a scooter accident in which i broke my hip bone, it made me bed ridden for more than 8 months. Twice i was saved in car accidents though, i was real lucky. Thanks for this discussion. Best of luck. Professor

Since I move on, hardly use the car, especially for my trips to town, usually take the bus. Statistically, for this reason it is very difficult for me to be involved in car accidents. To answer your question I can tell you that sometimes, driving I happened to hit other vehicles, possibly in reverse, or collisions that small, still cost me a lot of money. Severe accidents fortunately neither I nor my family we were never involved. And with that I hope never happens

Yes. But, gladly, it was a small accident and no one really got hurt. But, it's always a moment of desperation. My dad once was in accident where the other guy ended up dying and fortunately nothing happened with my father.

Yes lately i been i a car accident but i'm not the driver and it is also not our fault, it is the other car's fault because he did not follow the traffic light so he bump into out car and we are so lucky that no one hurt. The car only get little scratch. No matter how we try to be more and more careful in driving if the other driver are still careless there are still possibility that we may involve in accident.

I've been in 3 different car accidents in my lifetime. I was always a passenger, and I have never had an accident when I was the driver. Twice was back when cars didn't have safety belts, or I should say that they had them, but they weren't dependable like todays. Once I saw their car sliding, I scrunched down in my seat and put my feet on the dashboard. I know I could have broken my legs, but in that second's thought, it seemed better than my head going through the windshield. As it was, my feet went through the windshield and broke it, and I didn't break my legs, so I'm thinking that was a good split-second decision. The other time was a vehicle that lost it's brakes going down a hill. It was a jeep and I almost got thrown out. Hope you didn't get injured in the accident you were in!

I have never been in cash accident,but a family members have been their.They are in so much pain,they car night and day. But it's minor accident,so they will recover from it soon.But please be careful on the road because their are a lot of mad driver out their who is crazy.Do not speed are over take if you have to,and remember to pray before you start to drive.

I've had some fender benders in the past but i had one big accident in 2005 when i was on my way to school to drop my daughter off. I was turning left and out of nowhere this car was coming right at me. My car was damaged cause i was hit at the right side and I thought the other driver was speeding cause I wouldn't have tried to turn left if i didn't think it was safe. However under the traffic law it must be my fault cause i was supposed to yield to oncoming cars first before i made my turn. Yeah eventhough they were out of sight at first. Fine! but the other driver was kind of dramatic....his car wasn't damaged as mine and he got a neck brace and was taken to the hospital? I was confused but whatever...I just cared about my little girl who was 7 at the time. She was scared and i was kind of shocked that i forgot about her for a few minutes after the impact. When i finally remembered her, i asked her if she was ok and she started crying. She was ok though and i took her to school afterwards with my husband's car. I haven't had another big accident after that...thank goodness. I hope i don't jinx myself though. lol take care and be careful next time. There are a lot of speeding cars especially on mondays and fridays. I think drivers feel draggy on mondays and feel excited on fridays.

Not a big one. I bump my car once but not that bad and no one is hurt. I never experienced such car accident and wish not to experience it either. That would be scary and I don't want it to happen esp that I am always with my family when we go out. have a good day

I have been in so many car accidents I need a computer to count them all. No more driving for me.

As i dont travel in a lonely car till now so dont happens any car accidents. Since im coward towards life and i wont like to travel in cars and sometimes in bus too. If its a small distance i wont prefer bike too i always love to walk to avoid accidents. But my mom always scold me not to be a coward as accidents took place even for the peoples who are walking on the road.
