Anyone watching this? I just started watching it and it really got me hooked. I'm on to episode 6 of season 1 but I still don't understand how the dead became zombies! All I know is that Rick wake up from his coma, searched for his family, found them along with other people, and now they're heading somewhere like a military base or something, but somewhere safer.
I can't imagine how they can live that way. It's terrifying to say the least. The scene where Morgan's zombie wife was trying to open the door, the turning of the knob, kinda scared me a bit. ^^ I can't imagine how I will survive if that happens in real life!

It reminds of the film 28 days later starring Cilian Murphy. The concept was almost the same- waking up from a coma to find the world already infested by zombies. I watched it only once in Fox because I forgot its airing day and time. I watched some clips of it in youtube every now and then.

I was reminded of this discussion because I am watching the whole series online. I think this one will really be a great series although I'm just on season 1 episode 1. The drama felt real specially when the wife zombie was returning to her home. Better than 28 days later I guess.

Glad to hear you're watching the series! There has only been two seasons and the series is going to resume I think if not late January, then early February. And I'm just so excited as to what might happen next!

It's an awesome show. Very innovative because I don't think there have been any zombie t.v. series before, but I could be wrong. I thought the first season was better than this season but it it still really good. The mid-season break is too long and I'm ready for the show to come back.

I have not watched it yet, but i am caught by what you introduced. That must be a horrible TV drama, and must keep the audiences in suspense.I will have a see later. Thanks for your recommendation.

Oh, the tv drama itself is not horrible. But I know what you mean, it's a little, gross, scary, and the zombies were disgusting.

yeah i am also curious on how they walkers become that way..and i guess we will find it out soon..
but its pretty sad that Sophia became a walker too! Maybe she hid in the barn and does not know there were walkers there right?

Zombie movies are very creepy. I stopped paying much attention to them a long time ago because they all kind of seemed the same. In the past couple of years though..they have put a few new twists on them and I have seen some good ones. I think I have seen it but the title is so much like some of the other zombie flicks that I am not sure.

I don't really watch zombie movies because it just seemed to me that they would and can do only the same thing. Eat people and be killed. ^^ I was interested in this TV show because I thought, it's probably a lot of money to produce a TV show where you have to put on zombie make up every shooting day!

It sounds that it is a very scary movie. I would like to watch it some day if I could find this movie on line. If in real life, there were such things as to happen, no one would dare to walk outside at night. lol. Take care, secretbear.

I've seen Season and the first part of season 2 the second part of season 2 Sparta after the first of the year. Nobody knows how it happen or who he zombies started. We just need to way and see what happens.

If that happens in real life, you have a 50/50 chance of survival. Imagine living with terror full of walking zombies outside. Imagining of getting your food supplies daily, you have to bring weapon with you for self defense. Need to sleep half awake every night and need to cover all windows with wood and door locks with heavy metal bars from doors and back doors.. It is just like having your good time vacation in a killing field.
