I would love to join you and have a walking partner to go walking with, around here there just isn't anyone to go with who expects to just walk and nothing else. I have to go out and meet more people though. I love to walk as long as my body doesn't ache anywhere too much.

thats good, malling is also a good form of walking, going around from store to store is also one of my secrets, much so when you ended up not buying anything...wahehehehehe

I am not sure whether walking is the most effective way to trim our waists. I heard that doing sit-up will be a good method to have a slim waist. Since this exercise focuses on the waist. I love China

Together with a calorie controlled diet it is the best exercise that you can have. I lost 50lbs in less than a year and walking definitely helped.

yes the diet should also be taken into consideration cause its the culprit of everything, what goes into our mouth makes the difference, coz if there's no diet control everything is futile and meaningless.

Definitely! Any kind of cardio exercise will do this. You could step it up and go running, cycling, jogging, or going on an elliptical machine - these types of exercises all help! Best of luck to you!
