Breaking News - Zimmerman WAS arrested on night of shooting - Police Report

I have heard over and over that the police did nothing to investigate the shooting of Trayvon Martin and that George Zimmerman was given a virtual pat on the back and sent on his way while the police whistled and dusted their hands of the whole business. However, the police report from the responding officer tells a very different story. http://www.scribd.com/doc/86948628/Trayvon-Martin-Police-Report The police did arrest Zimmerman, relieved him of his gun, took him to the station in handcuffs and there he was interviewed. The police report states clearly that Zimmerman had blood on his nose and head and that his jacket was wet and had grass on it as if he had been lying on the ground. This is not a "new story" from the police or from Zimmerman, this is what the responding officer found at the scene. The report also lists several witnesses (names are redacted). So, if the police arrested Zimmerman, interviewed him and five witnesses, examined the crime scene and the victim and still did not bring charges against Zimmerman, could it possibly be within the realm of reasonable thought that maybe, just maybe, there was credible evidence to believe Zimmerman's story of self-defense?

I thought it was very strange that he wasn't arrested when I saw the story. The reports made it seem as if they took his information on the scene then sent him home. I know that's not normal procedure but all the "news" accounts never mentioned that he was questioned anywhere but at the scene. It also struck me as weird that I read about no paramedics on the scene. This incident is being used to drive a wedge between blacks and whites. The further the country is divided the more chance Obama has of getting 4 more years in office.

Now there's a thought. I personally believe it is part of the 'divide and conquer' agenda of the Obama administration, the progressive liberals wanting to keep the race question alive as part of that division of Americans. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48T1GaQSi_E http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_M0d9G8y-s There is an agenda to this rush to judgment, and part of it maybe to keep us from listening to the fall of Obamacare, but I think it goes deeper. Black conservatives voice it as the 'plantation mentality'. Read the description under the second video to see what I mean.

Someone mentioned it, so here's the vidi from after Zimmerman was taken to the police station. http://abcnews.go.com/US/video/george-zimmerman-police-surveillance-16024475 Yeah, he looks like he just finished a "life threatening" fight. But also, yes it is odd that in our modern 24hr News society that something like this is passed over for months, only to be hosed by derp from all possible sides.

To be fair, you must realize that Zimmerman had been treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to the police station. He would not still have blood on his head or face, it would have been cleaned off. But whatever did or didn't happen that night is one thing. As you said, the fact that suddenly, this story came out nearly a month after the fact, and is being used to divide the nation and heighten racial tensions, may be just as important but overlooked. Perhaps it is to divert attention from other, more important things that are going on in the nation.

OK, maybe I got mixed up. Too sober right now, so it is likely. Could have sworn the reports said he was taken for treatment after being released from custody to get stitches and such.

Mr Zimmerman has been tried by the Rev Sharpton and found guilty so lets take the evil racist man out and shoot him to save the tax payers money. After all Rev Sharpton has such a great record he called it right in the Duke Lacrosse case. Didn't he?? Well he is standing up for the 9 month baby killed in Detroit and demanding justice, well maybe he is too busy with something else. It must be the killing on the South Side of Chicago where President Obama was a community organizer and one of his former aids is now the Mayor. After all the killing of 10 people including a 10 year old girl and 49 people injured he certainly must be concerned about that. After all NBC news has the White Hispanic on tape making racist remarks to the police. Lets execute him so Rev Sharpton can move on to more important issues.

That pretty much sums up the feelings being expressed doesn't it? Are we forgetting that Mr. Sharpton also touted a supposed r@pe victim as having been the victim of the 'racist' law enforcement. Turns out it was all MADE UP. Anyone remember THAT. Or his protests about a 'racist' Jewish shop owner that resulted in a building being burned and people dying. He works for MSNBC now, the network that doctored the 911 tape in this case, to make it sound as if Zimmerman was focused on Martin's race. When in fact, he was merely answering the 911 operator by telling Martin's race. Sharpton needs to be held accountable for his race baiting, and many black conservitives are doing just that.

With the two conflicting stories, it does make one wonder about the validity of their claims. It almost seems like there is something that is not being said for some reason or another and everyone is letting it slide under the rug. Unless we could talk to the witnesses and both martin and Zimmerman ourselves, I don’t believe we will learn the truth about what really happened.
