The weather is bad...

Here in our province , there's no signal yet of typhoon Amboy. Although in another province of our region it's signal no. 1. Here in our place, the weather is cold and gloomy. It's an inspiring day to do mylotting. But i really hope Typhoon Amboy will not affect Philippines adversely.

The weather is quite nice where I am. I am in Florida, and it is for the most part, sunny skies. The beautiful days are good for going to the beach and enjoying the water. I remember typhoons. When I was living in Asia, I would experience them every so often. The wind and the rain was scary. After the typhoon, there would be a complete mess outside. Well, I hope you stay safe.

Our weather bureau has announced that it is the start of the rainy season here in our country. I also like the rain, but not the torrential downpour that floods almost every national road in our country. My friends and I went out on Friday night and it was raining very hard. I have no problems when it comes to floods, since I live in the mountains of Rizal. But my friend who lives in Pasig texted me that she couldn't get in their house because their street was flooded. When I woke up this morning the sun was out. I like the rain, but I hope it's just normal rain and not the downpour that we have been experiencing these past few days.

Well Im sorry to hear that the sky is not agreeing with you at the moment, but don't worry, it probably will not cause a flood seeing as it's not the monsoon season. Right now, the Sun is teaching us a fierce lesson, and the topic for today is "What to do when the outside is too hot to walk around in". Thats right, its blazing hot outside on this part of the planet, (Pakistan) and I suppose I will just wait it out untill the clock hits 3 'o' clock and the clouds cue up to obstruct the Sun's rays hence causing an immediate "Class dissmisal". We have the same weather.. we had that weather fr a few days but it was gone.. The typhoon you are talking about is Ambo right? We still experience gloomy/cloudy skies though and a few strong winds.. The rainy season is really coming just when the school is about to start.

We have bad summers since some years. Mostly only rain so I try not to be here. In the past 2 weeks the weather was way better nearly like summer. But yesterday there was a lot of wind, grey skies again and cold. Last night only 4 degrees Celsius and now it's about 13 degrees Celsius. If the sun comes true (cloudy sky, partly grey a little bit of blue) it feels better. I think our "rain season" starts again. Which means mostly rain whole summer (vacation 6-8 weeks). I had my scouting day with my daughter, in about 2 hours my eldest will pick up the youngest two to sleep over one night with her, so my other daughter and I will be together. I think I will go to bed early. Rainy weather is the best weather to stay in bed anyway. I do find it cosy. We don't have typhoons over here, so it's hard for me to imagine how it is.

We have flood warnings and tornado warnings on the East Coast of the US too. I'm listening to the rain hit my window and I just feel like it's gonna be one of those lazy days where I'm happy to have MyLot. What do you do in this kind of weather besides the internet?

We have the same weather today, I cant even go out because of the rain. My husband and I decided to stayed home and watch some movies while eating hot pandesal(bread) with coffee. It's rainy season again and I am worried about the flood that might strike again. Hope this storm will be out of our country very soon.

The weather in Wisconsin is at around 70 degrees, winds at 9-20 mph, humidity is higher than 28%. Haven't been outside yet, but looks like a good day ahead. Sorry to hear the bad weather, hope there is no flood.

Hope everything is fine in your place now dear. We do not have much rains here and the weather is till too hot for me. I am still suffering from rashes due to this hot weather. Last night it rain but not too heavy- just enough to wipe dust on the roads which is indeed good.

good day lynboobsy11, same here, the weather is not too good. hence, as far as i know, there is a tropical storm name AMBO. but i am not really familiar with it. my friend just told me about it. to be honest, it is good when it is raining since the weather for the past few days was really that humid and hot but, the consequence is, it might lead to street floods. as a result, too much rain can really brought a flooded street. and i don't like to walk in a flooded streets.
