I have a great ot who has sorted out about a cleaner for me, which will be paid for through my own personal budget that I get.I am getting a cleaner for 4 hours a week, so I do not do anything to make my health any worse than it is.Also that way I do not have to worry so much about things that are not getting done or putting myself at risk.I hate having people that I do not know in my house, but needs come first.

The cleaner will help, and as garden has said as you get to know the person you will feel more at ease. These people are paid professionally to do this, so I don't believe you'll have any qualms with how clean they get things.

Dear friend, Yes, it is safe and clean to avoid people whom we do not know well in home. Being clean home is some thing healthy. My room is a mess, mostly due to lack of time and my own part I rare clean myself. Mostly it cleaned by our home servant. But I feel much better to be in cleaned room and home.

I hope you can get a cleaner that you can trust. Enjoy the fact that someone is there to do it for you. Sometimes people just need that helping hand.

Hope the cleaner is working out for you my sister was on a program like this.. and they would ask her what needs to be done or you wanted help with.. So it was not like they just came up and wiped the place up and made it so you did not like it and left.. their cleaners were pretty good and usually came when you were there and did not mind if you watched... nothing wrong with getting help dirty will cause issues and make you sick ...

As you start having a cleaner in you will come to know that person and it will feel better. I am glad someone is trying to help you get the things you need to be more comfortable and worry less.

That is wonderful! With the stress you under concerned the school district and now your friend and husband the last thing you need is to get really sick. Don't put yourself at risk. Try to be good to yourself. Meditation, bubble baths, candles and such is what I would advise for you. Yes, needs come first.

4 hours a week? That's only about an hour a day and what can the ot do at home? BUt i have to agree with what u mentioned, needs come first, no matter how much we dislike the idea of something. NO matter what, family has to be in top priority over our personal preference At ;east with an ot, u get to rest while she's cleaning the house for you. Besides, that gives you time to think, gives u time to process your thoughts about what's happening right now

hi jugsjugs I am glad you are getting a cleaner as it will help you to ha ve less worries. also you will in time get used to the cleaner and perhaps even have a friendship with him or her too. I know I would be nervous until I got to know the person. I hope this finds you feeling better now. like you said there's no need to put your health more at risk.

good for you. it helped me to have my daughter do things around here for that couple months she didnt work 24/7 practicly. she is good about doing what you need done when shes not working. but since her bf wouldnt keep working and mostly does very little around here, im very glad ive gotten to feel better for doing things since my surgery and such otherwise nothing would get done. but i do wish i had someone to come in and do some extra now and then as my house is not very clean ever like id like. i just dont have the energy to do it all.

I have to admit that for the vast majority of us, it would be nice to be able to have someone come in our house and do the deep cleaning for us for four hours a week. Of course, I also know that having someone come into your house and clean for just a few hours a week would not mean that there wouldn't be plenty of housework that we would all have to do on a regular basis. Three weeks ago, my husband and I stayed up all night scrubbing our house down, but there is still cleaning that has to be done each and every day.

That's great you will be having someone to do all the cleaning for you! You will have more time and energy for yourself - I think this will be good for you! You take care of yourself . . . keeping you in my thoughts, jugsjugs!
