I am going to watch Taken 2 today

Hello guys! Do you know Liam Neeson? Well if you do, I guess you know his new film Taken 2 which is a sequel to Taken lol.
I really like the way he acts and I am impressed at how he does those action scenes regardless if there's a stunt double, I mean come on this guy is 60 years old but he's probably one of the best action stars in Hollywood.
Actually, it was just last year I think when I first saw a Neeson Film, and it was "Taken" to be exact, it was being shown on the bus. I really enjoyed the film, I really recommend it :). Then, I became a fan of Liam and eventually watched his other films like The Grey and Battleship.
Oh well, I'll be back later and share my thoughts about the movie. Lastly, I'll be going to the cinemas alone :((.

You ought to watch Rob Roy. That's one of his film I really enjoyed.

I admire Liam NEeson, i have seen the part 1 and i really love that movie. i am also looking forward to it but i do not have the extra time to watch it for now. I also love him in Narnia - he was the lion, aslan

I haven't watched Taken 2 yet, but I watched Taken 1 before and I loved it. The story and action are great. I look forward to watching Taken 2, too. I read some comments about it via the net. And people think Taken 1 is still better than Taken 2. Even though, I still will watch it

I want to see taken 2 also , I enjoy watching taken . I also like the way he acted and I am in the mood for some more action movie . I had no idea he was 60 he surly dont look it . I dont like battleship , it was ok but it never really lived up to the hype that was buzzing around .

Thanks for the response. Yeah, it's really surprising to find out that he's old but still kicking at action films lol. I must admit, though battleship was entertaining somehow I find the plot of the movie ordinary, a typical alien invasion story. Anyway, I'll go watch my copy of Schindler's list.

i already seen TAKEN 2..but i still love part 1.. didnt like the story and action in part 2..but maybe u will like it.. enjoy.

Thanks for the response. I enjoyed Taken 2 but I must admit that the first one might be more thrilling since of course we had no idea then, on what will happen to the characters. However, I like the part when Maggie Grace decided to help her parents and did some action scenes. I hope there would be another Taken film where in the focus will be on Maggie's character but Liam Neeson will still be there but his character will eventually die in the end, so that it will surely end the story lol.

I actually went and saw this Friday with my boyfriend. Both of us really like Liam Neeson and his movies. We ended up liking Taken 2 but we both agreed that we thought there would be a bit more action and that the first Taken was a little better. It was still a pretty good movie and I enjoyed it. Liam Neeson always plays really good characters in his movies. My boyfriend and I also went to see the Grey together. We were going to watch Battleship while he was here visiting from the army, but we ended up not watching it. I have the DVD but i haven't watched it yet.

I definitely agree with you. I still enjoyed Taken 2 but it's understandable that matching the intensity and thrill of the first one will be hard because the surprise factor is no longer there. Nevertheless, Taken 2 is still a good film and probably one of the best films currently being shown at the cinemas.

I really like Mr Neeson too! (I was very sad when I saw his wife had passed away a couple or few years ago. He was so saddened.)
I very much enjoy his movies! I had forgotten they came out with a "Taken 2". I may have to see if I can find it on 'Redbox' one of these days.. as we usually just wait until movies are aired on the television channels. But by then I've forgotten all about any 'new' movies I've not seen.

Until last night I hadn't even watched the first Taken, I saw it in HMV, the dvd marked down and I liked Liam Neeson, he was great in Star Wars, well yesterday I was at a loose end and decided to put it on, it's not a film my family would enjoy so I watched it in bed alone, cuddled up, well to say I was impressed is an understatement, it was a great, tense, action packed movie and I loved it. I shall look out for Taken 2, I hope that will be just as good.

I haven't been out to see a movie in a theater in ages! I do like Liam Neeson as an actor, though I am not sure I am interested in this story. Also, I didn't see part 1 so it might not all mean anything to me.

I hope you won't spoil it for those of us who haven't watched the movie yet 
. I've seen the trailer, and I think it's better than the first. Hope I'll get a chance to watch it real soon. I'm also a big fan of Liam Neeson ever since he starred in Les Miserables and Schindler's List. Since then, I tried to watch movies which he starred in, and all those I've watched were not a disappointment, even those which he played supporting roles in like Star Wars. Do you know that he's the voice of Aslan in The Chronicles of Narnia?

Yeah I knew about that because I did a research on Liam Neeson's filmography LOL! Also, I think once you become a Neeson fan, you'll easily recognized his voice, I was just like "Liam Neeson, a talkin lion" lol! Thanks for reminding me about Schindler's list, because I really heard that the movie was great even though I have no idea before that Liam Neeson played Schindler. Lastly, for me it does not matter which of the two Taken films is better, since as a Liam fan, I really enjoyed both movies. You should really watch it :), you won't get bored for sure.

Well go and watch but don't complain that I saw that movie somewhere. Yes I found it similar with some kind of story. Yes I now remeber. Its just like finding nemo version 2. Where father is taken hostage and his son rescues him from the abductors.

Hi. Oh. I watched it last Saturday. And all I can say is.....WOOOOWWWWW. I highly recommend this movie. I'm a fan of taken. I hope there will be Taken, 3, 4 5 and so on till I die. LOL. But hey.. Why don't you go with someone to a movie? It's nice to be with someone else I think. Just a thought. Enjoy the movie. :)))))

WOOOHOOO! I really enjoyed the film, it's an intense action film with a bit of comedy lol. Also, Maggie Grace is very beautiful and sexy :O. Well, yeah I texted two of my friends, a girl and a boy, the boy agreed to join me if our female friend will come to, unfortunately... she has some school work. Oh well, I was really determined to see the film. I also hope that there would be another Taken movie lol, however; according to an interview, Liam said that he thinks if ever there would be another Taken movie it should focus on Maggie's character. Hence, I think if ever there would be a part 3, it should be the final movie and like what Liam said the focus should be on Maggie's character, maybe Brian Mills can die on the third film lol.

I know him. He's a good actor! And I'm really a fan of his movies. Especially taken 1 and unknown. :)
