I got distracted and I completely forgot what it was. I still can't remember. Please tell me I am not the only one that does this. This is not the first time I have done this. Are you as forgetful as I am sometimes?

Oh I've had it happen to me before as well. I think the best time for me to think up a discussion that I'll forget it when I am going to sleep. I tend to think up the most discussions at that time. Usually I'll eventually remember them. I have one discussion I wrote on my tablet and saved that I still haven't started.

I always think of them when I am no where near my computer usually when I am driving. Then of course by the time I get home I have forgotten all about them.

Oh yes definitely, now I used to come up with these great discussions when I was away from the computer and Mylot, I would be out walking, shopping or at the gym and I would dream up these great idea for a discussion but, by the time I got home, I had lost the total thread! You are not the only one I suspect, the best solution is to have a pen and paper with you so you can jot it down at the time! I used to think up ideas when I was in bed trying to sleep! I knew by the morning it would have gone clearly out of my head, so I would switch the light on and write it down.

no we all do that, I have started to make a running list of things to talk about that way I lose that many thoughts for ideas anymore.

oh no, you are definitely not the only one. i do this all the time. because i have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, one of the issues with those are issues with your short term memory due to sleep problems (not the deep, restorative sleep that repairs your brain). sometimes i even cannot think of the word that i want to use. because of this, i am a huge note taker and i leave sticky notes for myself everywhere, especially at work!

.... As what my friends told me, I am really forgetful. And I did some ways on how to cope up with it. Like I would tend to list down on what to do and it really help me a lot. Anyways, in terms of discussion, if someone would distract it, I would tend to forget it....I easily get distracted. Anyways, I hope you remember that topic now. Have a great day!

This use to happen to me alot! I use to get so mad because I forgot a discussion. What I do now is write it down when I think of it. Then once I get to the computer I have everything listed that I want to discuss. With so much going on in ones life its sometimes hard to remember things from a minute ago.

Ha ha! I'm sure I've done that a zillion times!! I've thought of discussions throughout the day when I'm not on the computer . . . or just before going to bed . . . or whenever . . . and then by the time I get my computer time my mind goes poof and I've forgotten what I was going to say. Duh, huh? I keep telling myself I'm going to write them down - but that too gets forgotten.

If I don't write it down there is a good chance I will forget what I wanted to do, say, or write. You are not the only one join the insiders group who can't remember what the insider part is.

This happens to me a lot. what I do is write a possible topic to discuss on my mobile phone to remember it once I logged in to mylot.
