myLot Philippines Would be Possible?

It's possible to increase the number of attendees. All we need to do is meet other mylotters individually and encourage them to visit more often (those who are in-active) This is a good way to make the others become more active here. We understand that, we have other works offline, but visiting mylot once in a while is possible. We have a group called "Orkuttians" a social site like Facebook wherein we started an all-girls group 5 years ago. The group is still very much in-tact until now, though we were not able to celebrate the yearly anniversary completely with the original group due to many reason. Most of the girls (Orkuttian original group) are working abroad- so it's hard to celebrate the anniversary with those other girls who are worked overseas. But- whenever they came home- they always spend time to hang-out with us and the other girls. Me and bhabycatch are able to met other mylotters in person. We even traveled to Subic to meet lyn- and since then, lyn always try to spend time with me and bhaby whenever she visits Manila. Same thing with myles, whenever she had an appointment here in Manila- she tried to take sometimes to meet other mylotters. We've also met mtr in person when we visited her in their house. That way, we can start to create bonding and closeness with each other. So, the next time the Philippine mylotters wants to conduct a meet-up- that will be easier for everyone to join because there's already a bond between each other.

hi julyteen, Organizing an event is not an easy one lot of things should be considered and must be well coordinated. I think meeting one another or two is much easier then after that you can plan for a bigger one. happy mylotting

It's good to hear that there are a lot of active Filipino members here in mylot. I guess if given the chance, I would also like to go to these mylot gatherings here in the Philippines. I'd love to meet the faces behind the aliases. But I'm only limited to Metro Manila as I don't have the funds to go out of town.

I think there are more than enough number of mylot's membership originated from Phillippine, it may be alright to organize a Filipino's Mylot club where all you fellows can meet up once a year somewhere in Phillippine if you like, that is in addition to your daily mylotting here. Well, everyone is waiting for you to start the initiative, go for it, Pal! It is posible only when you want to make it happen and many are warm to your idea, it is just hard to tell exactly whether it is possible or not.

philippine is one of the largest community in the my lot. very friendly persons. meeting all together is really a great thought. really happy to heard this news. i will surely try this in andhra pradesh, hyderabadb too..

It's a good idea I think. I didn't know that mylotters had a conference here in Philippines. I think it went well. If ever there will be a group of mylotters that will be having another conference, I would like to join as long as I am available at the said date. Go mylotters. :)

yeah, i guess this is very possible. it has already happened alright and as you have said there were two conferences that was held and everything seemed all better as well. i guess that the Philippines will always be known for this now that we are probably the only country group in the mylot community that has started gatherings such as this.

Looks like the group that held the conference truly enjoyed each other's company as I see some pictures during the even there. I think that is a good idea that since there are a huge membership here we could indeed form a group like what rberon had started. But the thing is we are scattered all over the Philippines and I think it would be hard to really connect to each and everyone around.

Sounds like Mylot is quite popular in Philippines. That's so nice you will have a conference about it and it is so professional. I don't know whether other Mylotters will have such a conferences in their countries. This can make Mylot friends in real. I like this idea.

I had been thinking about that and now finally a group has finally met in the Philippines. I wish I could attend one of those conventions. It would be exciting.
