Why do you only leave a comment?

Each day when I land here, my mood is different from the day before, depending on what has happened offline. I participate in discussions according to my mood. This means that some days I will be hopping about leaving responses and comments all over the place and other days I might get stuck in long chains of back and forth conversation on only a couple of topics. I also read a lot too without participating if I can't realte to the topic. If I can then I often leave comments in many of the boxes. Of course there are also days when I come here in a good mood and my attention is drawn to those topics typed by cheaters who plagiarise stuff from other sites. then I get ratty I am talkative offline so that makes it easy to find places to barge in on here too

I read a lot when I'm here. That's just how I roll, I guess... When I have something to add to the topic, I'd post a response. Otherwise, I'd probably just add comments on other people responses or not even post anything.

lol,i leave my comment under some discussion cuz someone indeed need help or i do want to participate in it.This is what the meaning here and make us to enjoy being here.You are totally right that it's the place to really get your point out.Thanks for that.

I talk too :D I only not participate when a discussion is not of my interest or something I can't answer like parenting issues/married issues or anything that I am not aware of. But as much as possible, I also would like to share my point of views about things people share here :) Cheers!

I'd like to comment to discussions and read a lot about others' responses. I got there are many brilliant people here to exchange ideas. I am not scared to participate in discussions here. Since the mylot allow us to talk, why should we scared. To talk about a lot of topics and discover new ideas is very good in Mylot. It is why Mylot pay us in every post, because by gathering opinions and ideas in a discussion, we can get a summary of all the responses become an excellent idea.

Hello, I do participate in discussions and I am not afraid to participate. The thing is that I only participate on discussions that I can relate. Also, I am not good on long discussions because I am not good at it.

hi dee a lot of newer people admit that they come here just to learn and read all the wonderful things we write. my objection is that we need everyone to at least once a day actually participate in writing, talking by keyboard if y ou will, to our discussions. I do not make discussions just for someone to sit around all day and read and not even try to comment or respond to anything here. It makes me feel that I have worked on my discussions for naught its good to read here but its not a library but a discussion forum so I do think we should all do some discussing also.

Maybe some couldn't express themselves so much so they just avoid to engange in a conversation. Or, some might be busy to exchange comments. They could only leave response and nothing else. Maybe they have their own reasons. If we read a lot here, we'll know their reasons. :)

Normally I will comment to the responses that I received for the topic of discussion that I started. If not, I will be here to write responses to the topic of my interest. If the comments do have further thread, then I will join in. But I don't do that often. I do read all the comments though. Some of the topics is really good, it can widen our horizon especially of different cultures and places. I love myLot because I can learn a lot.

I have never left a single response or comment blank but yes, many of my responses and comments are not attended to by several users here. If they are not interested in interacting there is nothing I can do. Those who get many responses have a tendency to do this but there are exceptions. But I move on. I have enough on my plate to keep me busy!

I write the comment because talking is my passion and laughing is my fashion hehehe...just kidding but I like talking and communicate my thoughts with friends so I want to write comment because I know good mylotters are here.

Hi friend, i am interested in interaction and discuss with mylotters about that topic, i know some mylotters just place their reply and not interested in commenting over the comments, as you mentioned mylot is the place for interactions and we must comment over the comment to make the discussion lively. Hope mylotters will understand this concept and participate in the interactions

Hmm i'm not scared to participate in discussion. Now i respond in your discussion. Some discussion i not participate because i not understand or i not interested with it. I respond to discussion which is i have an idea to give responses.

yes, and if we will not think and type something then being a mylot user is totally irrelevant and useless. He won't be earning anyway, however, there are some instances that we don't know what to put in the box. It happens to me, sometimes, I type a few line but can not continue anymore. My friend said. Interesting thoughts here. I do know of people here who it seems never respond back to others. Most of the time they are only here for a short time and leave, or starting a new discussion and never come back and respond or come post back on others discussions as well. For me it has always been about posting back on others discussions and resolving the discussions I have started as I can.

I do think that it is great when there is a really good discussion that gets started within a discussion because it was something that was really interesting and it is of a matter that has a lot that can be said about it. However, I feel like this is something that doesn't happen all the time because of the fact that a lot of the discussions that people do choose to start are of a matter that is pretty much cut and dry. You respond once and then there is really nothing more that can be said.

Maybe it's because a comment is all they contribute as of that time, and they can't think of anything worth contributing to respond. I'm like that sometimes, sorry

Yes,i do leave comments.But it depends upon certain factors.first one is it depends upon interesting discussions or say,discussions which are interested for me.If i find that discussion interesting and if i have really something to say,then i comment back to those discussions.Afterall it is a discussion site.And other depends upon my time.If i have enough time on a particular day,then i comment back to all of them and if i lack time,then also i do it,but i complete that procedure in one or two days.
