Holy cow that's a lot of curry and all I can think while I was reading this was I really wish that I could have been at your house yesterday. I love curry and love cooking it, if I were there I would have loved to help you cook because I also love cooking a lot as well. I could literally live off curry and eat it everyday, the beauty about curry is that there are so many different possibilities you can do with it to find more recipes. I know what it feels like to have to make a lot of food for people all by yourself. I work in two different restaurants and things can be really hectic at times. At the steakhouse I work at we had a party of over 120 people on thursday and then we had a party of seventy people on friday.

I tend to believe that yours indeed was a dream. How could a young girl have handled it all alone? And I still find it hard to believe that your mother delegated such work to you when there were 30 relatives present.

Ya..We didn't expected that much people. But unexpectedly 25 reached. When the guests come to home,my father have a theory that everybody should be there at the guest room to invite and talk to them.Otherwise they will get bored. So that mom will come as leaving a break..

You are making my mouth water, I love curry, especially in the Winter, it keeps you warm, I had curry on Monday, it was chicken curry but sadly not home-made. I don't like curries too hot, and I like them with pineapple and/or coconut. You should be proud of yourself for being able to make 9 curries.

Actually I've never been the kind of person that does a lot of entertaining, so this is not something that I've really ever had to deal with. For me, I have to say that the thought of spending an entire day in the kitchen would be something that would be quite overwhelming for me. I am glad to hear that you were able to enjoy some time with your extended family and that you did make sure that they were able to eat well while they were visiting with you and your immediate family.
