Disappointed about Bubblews

Hello all. As the title of my topic says, I'm a bit angry with Bubblews. I don't absolutely change my opinion on that site, which is to me great to earn a little bit of money. But the problem is that, if they are sure you have copied only ONE contents from the web and the other blog are original and talk about your life, well they don't give you a cent.... I think is better delete the post they think is copied so that you cannot earn with it. It would be better and serious. But I've noticed that if it happens well, they don't pay you. It's not right to me, because I spent days and nights writing about me and my life..end I don't see my money for the second time. I'm a bit fed up with it.

Bubblews is a privately owned site and can therefore set whatever rules it likes, provided they are within applicable law. When you joined Bubblews, you agreed to the Terms, whether you read them or not, and those Terms state that: "We have the right to remove (and not pay out) any account that partakes in the conduct listed below", which includes "Submitting content that you did not write yourself." I should have thought that it is pretty clear from that that Bubblews has the right to not pay any account whose owner has not kept to the Terms. You are entitled to your opinion and may think that it is unfair but, as it says at the beginning of the Terms: "IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE ANY PART OF THIS WEBSITE."

You hit the nail on the head there. I see a lot of members who whine there about not getting paid. I can understand members whining if their redemption just did not get through because of a server error and provided they followed ALL the rules. However, some members when you go to their profile pages, you will notice they have obviously broken one or two rules yet they still insist they should be paid. To me it's akin to being critical of others' mistakes before even bothering to look at their own mistakes and correcting them.

Owlwings, I don't see anywhere in the original post where the author suggested Bubblews didn't have the legal right to do what it did. She's just expressing her opinion about Bubblews' policies and suggesting an alternative approach they might adopt.

I perfectly read and know the rules!!! In fact I did not break. I always write things about my life and I don't think I copy what I do in my life!

Hi Mawee, just learn from your mistake, and write more posts. Even if you miss one payout because of one post you copied elsewhere, you can still change, and write more posts to reach another payout. Never try to cheat. If Bubblews is as strict as other writing sites, they would have deleted your account, and confiscate all your earnings. Since you know your mistake, you have to change. All your other posts are still attracting page views, and making money for you, so please don't waste it.

Hello Scheng. Maybe I've been not clear :) The point is that I didn't break rules. My posts are original because I talk about my life..But I follow your advice!^^

Sorry to hear that, I am just new to bubblews and I am still groping my way there. I see to it that I follow the rules and personally I do write there in different genres provided that I won't be using only one topic. Now since you said you are just writing about your life there, don't you think that writers block will also be applied? I mean there are different categories, so I am sure you have spread your article into so many things too, not just focused on Personal category, am I right?

It would be nice if bubblews do that deleting posts if it is just copy pasted and pay the other original posts. I am seeing members claiming that they are making original posts but didn't get their money. I don't know why they didn't get their money. I'm glad I get my money.

At the time I was joining, I made couple posts on my language. I didn't notice that they won't pay the members that made a post using other language except English.

Hi there, welcome to Mylot, I think Mylot is more user friendly than bubblews and also has a lower minimum payout. The disappointment I have with it, was that I did my own discussion and only got a couple of views. If you are writing about your own life, then it's 'unique' so I can't understand why it's not acceptable.

Yes, I've seen that the min payout is at 10$ :) I will try to be more active!

Well Bubblews must improve on the area of dealing with plagiarized posts on the basis of complaints I've been hearing around. Yes they have clear rules which must be followed but for consideration I think they should notify the writers of contents-in-question so they could at least defend themselves and then if the explanation is not satisfactory then that's the time they could give the corresponding penalty. There must be an open communication between writers and Admin. I think Expertscolumn is one site that does not fail the writers in this area but Bubblews is seemed a failure in this area. Anyway, I think if you did not really copy any of your content, then it is really so unfair on your side. Now my question...would you still continue writing for this site?

Let's see what will happens when I reach 25$ again. If they don't pay me this time as well, I will leave the site.

Yeah, I think I will stick to this site. =) I have not tried bubblews, I went there and it was way too confusing for me. I think it is so much easier just being here and making money, plus I really enjoy MyLot. I don't want to learn all new rules at another site that I might not even like...

To determine if article are original or not software can be used. What the program does is search the internet using a search engine and if it finds something that has the same words it will flag the article as copied. It is that simple. I had this problem when writing a description of bible quotes. It is difficult to put something into your own words when it is plastered all over the internet and you don't really want to change the content too much. That might have been the case for your article.

Earlier I was reading about the positive reviews on Bubblews but I am skeptical about joining since it appears that I have to promote the posts to earn. Please correct me if I am wrong. When I read your post, the more that I became unconvinced on joining the site. With the considerable amount of info on the net, there is a good possibility for your post to be similar to another post. Besides that, there are many generic terms on the web that you simply can't avoid using. As for now, I'd better stick it out with myLot even if the earnings are not that lucrative.

You can also earn by promoting, but I didn't know where. Someone say on twitter or facebook, but I'm not sure. In fact I've never promoted my posts.. You earn when other users view your blogs and like/dislike/comment them, I've had 3 payments of 25$ each..and stop..

I only received money for the first payment and i didn't received my second payment for a month already. However i never lose hope since some testify they got their payment in the next payment so until now, i'm hoping it will be the same as to my situation.

Like you I am also disappointed with Bubblews. Since January and February I redeemed $43 and $50 respectively and until now I haven't received it. I do not know what's happening with the site. Because others are claiming that they have smooth transactions with Bubblews but on my part, I am not that satisfied with their service. They keep on saying that they will send my payment but until now even the minimum payout that I am expecting is still not paid.
