I noticed it even during on my previous job? I also noticed that when I have complete rest. I got more sleepy. I feel week.just like today several days I sleep on day and awake during night I had 4 to 5 hours sleep. now that I slept at night then now I am having a cold. anyone whom can help me explain this things?Thank you in advance.

Sleep... - ...is vitally important for health, both physical and mental.
I'm not sure why you are suffering; but if your body clock is "out", it could affect you. I think it's fair to say you; and everyone needs to sleep at night...regular hours...and wake feeling refreshed. And stay that way all day; until night, when they will feel tired and want to sleep. What I mean is: a sleep routine. Without it I feel it's safe to say a person will suffer in some way. From my experience, catching up during the day is not satisfactory: it's the "deep" refreshing night sleep that does the trick. Sleep is of course vitally important; as you say during sleep, our body makes vital repairs. People who sleep badly have hard lives. I myself have suffered sleep difficulties for some time now. My body clock is faulty. I don't sleep well at night: I either only sleep a few hours; or I sleep insufficient hours. I suffer nightmares and early waking. Either way I have little energy; and am forced to catch up during the day. And when I do, I wake feeling drained. Today, I kept going back to bed to sleep, and actually slept for much of the day. Consequently, I've a small amount of energy; but it probably won't last. My sleep life is pretty well a disaster. And so productive of low spirits. I usually awake feeling dismally low. In recent years, my health which has always been very robust has started to suffer. I've been subject to thyroid issues; tooth problems; skin problems; sporadic lightheadedness/dizziness, etc. I'm not saying these are directly related to sleep issues, but it could be said the latter haven't helped. I think it's fair to say that chronic sleep problems can lead to a breakdown in health, whether physical or mental or both.

It is very important that we have a regular bedtime and sleep 7-8 hours. We put our immune system in a turmoil when we go for extended hours without sleep. It could be the reason you were able to finally sleep for a long period of time was because your body was trying to fight this incoming cold off.

thanks for additional information.so it's really easy for us to catch sick when we have lack of sleep isn't.well yes mostly after doing 24 hours. and then I sleep I feel weak when I wake up and still find myself sleepy.and my sinuses is there. Thanks God too I made about almost 8 hours of sleep today. but I notice When i sleep at past 12am when I wake up i feel weak compared to when I sleep early and get up early by 8 hours sleep too. the time of the day of Sleeping also affect our quality of sleep and our body?that is what I observed based on my experience.

I think that's the normal reaction if the body has been having lack of sleep for a long time ~ the body compensates for the lack of sleep by doing an overdrive with your system so that it could still function regardless. Maybe the sickness came when you had a good long sleep out of coincidence. Perhaps the body's defenses were already down before you decided to sleep longer, thus, the sickness. It's just like how you notice the first few weeks of exercising you don't feel your body getting fit. Yet several months after you stop doing exercises, you still feel your body is fit. There's a delay reaction to anything. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Hi yes some people feel more sick after sleeping too much. Actually it should be the opposite. But this shows some extra sleep is also not that good for us. Better visit a doctor .
