Hello all. I am a transplant from other social media sites out there and new to mylot. So far it seems easy to use, but I am still digging around to understand everything. Are there rules I need to know about? Suggestions that you have for a newbie...uh what do we call ourselves? Lotters? Ha! I need some bones here, throw me one! :-)

Ha! Yes,you have probably seen me on bubblews. And I do still post over there a couple times a week. Have you found mylot to be better?

@Jessicalynnt I was also on Bubblews since May 2013. I still have an account there but have given up posting, except for the occasional comment. I've been a member here since October 2006.

@owlwings so I take it this just pays out and works better for you? I bubble a couple times a week, just to keep my hand in, but that's about it. I have already seen more activity on here in an hour than a day over there. I like this.

Thanks for the quick link. I am still digging around on the site, and hadn't found everything yet. I very much appreciate it. And adding to this since i have now read some of the stuff in that link, thanks! That simplified answers to many of my questions.

Welcome to mylot. You will find it a very mice commumity, one where the people are kind, where we can express our opinions, learn and earn all at the same time. I really like the interaction as that is what we need to do to get paid. When someone comments to you, you comment back to them and so forth. You will have so much fun in here, as I did before and now I am again.

@Jessicalynnt That is great and the more you do, the more you will keep doing. I do take breaks some, but for the most part, I am in here most of the time. The interaction is the best part of it all.

@rosekiss So I have seen. While I am sad I don't get paid for writing per say, I really can do that elsewhere if I wanted, and I think the social side of this makes for a better site.

Been given a few guides, a few thinks I haven't been able to determine yet. Is there a cap on posts per day? I only ask because some days I have tons of time to write, and would post alot more. other days I might stop by once. Bubbles limited you to ten.

I think so. My only issues have been navigation, but I am doing better with that. Things aren't always clear on how to get to what.

@sprinklesare4winners I'm already making what I would have considered a good day in bubbles last summer, not the best day, but a good solid day, and I haven't built up the follower base that I once had there. Granted, there are some GOOD solid people that I've already reconnected with, so all things considered,I have good vibes.
