.....I do, I often make bacon n eggs, pancakes etc. for my supper, so today wasn't any different. I had some Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage and decided I wanted biscuits and gravy. I didn't feel like making the biscuits, so I just made sausage gravy over toast with whole berry cranberry sauce. If I must say so myself, it was pretty tasty. I am going to hit the bed shortly and watch my shows for the night, so I will say good night now. I am going to read for a bit before I leave though. I hope you have pleasant dreams and I will see you tomorrow.

I have breakfast for supper all the time. I sometimes have supper for breakfast which some say is strange.

@gr8nana6 I know some people do that...but I am not sure I could stomach supper foods so early in the day.

@gr8nana6 I also love soft boiled eggs and even scrambled eggs. I also make thin pancakes, what we called crepes in France.

I make my thin pancakes with jam and rolled up for dinner quite often. I don't like poached eggs, but love soft boiled every so often. My favorite eggs are sunny side up.

@LadyDuck My mom always called them Palatschinken which is hungarian/austrian for the pancakes and yes they are thin like Crepes. She made them also for dinner many times, filling them with ham and cheese before rolling them up then baking them to warm up the inside and serving with a salad.

I too enjoy breakfast for supper and usually have it about twice a month. When I do, I will have cereal and fruit for breakfast in the morning. Blessings.

Oh I love it, from pancakes to eggs and turkey bacon/sausage. However, my husband does not, so if I have breakfast for supper, it is when he isn't going to make it home.

Actually there is no one who can really tell what kind of food is best for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I think as long as we enjoy great food, and we have a balanced diet, that is good enough.

There are a few breakfast dishes we have for supper - poached eggs, scrambled eggs, omelette, pancakes, bacon and egg are some of the favourites.

biscuits are made from flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Then they are rolled out kinda thick, cut in rounds and baked. They are similar to your scones, but real fluffy and light.
