Just Back From Lunch Stuffed Already Warm Oiut

A beautiful da y war m but not yet hot, just a pretty comy tem p da y and here i am just mylotting inside.I had a nap so am ready for action. Philly chiicken sandwich whch was good but a lot of bread, hope my metformin will handlle all that roll as ate the wole thing. My tablemate Shelley gave me her Philly chicken sandwich so now I will not have to stand in line for a snack after all. The alr has a dap feelng already heaven help us if we get 85 temp and 85 humidity s that will e so uncomfortable. Showers do no good. Drinking extra water does help a lot.

do they give seconds? Maybe sometimes you could ask for second, and save for an afternoon snack.

yes bt they do not always like to but my table mate is o j a not eating meat kck so she gaveme her sandwich.wll have htat for tnghssnack thus not having to stand in line and hrt ll

I hope the bread didn't give you too much discomfort. Its not warm here at all. We are wearing long sleeves in the house right now. Spring decided to be winter again for a few days. lol

I am okay but sad for you that winte is there again I was born and raised in South Dakota and we o ften had abrupt spring to wi nter changes back to spring have not been back there siince I got amrred nos Im 89 lol Im in Southern california n ow.
