Believe it or not there are lot of people out there who avoid breads. Right now I am one of those people.
I just stopped eating bread last week and I've already lost a bunch of weight! It's crazy how bread works and how much sugar is in it.
Do you avoid eating bread? Do you avoid eating something else?

@Bellatricks Weight control has always been a predominantly female concern, whereas men do not worry unless they gain excessive weight.

Eating anything and everything in limit is not bad. Just don't take anything in large amounts.

@Bellatricks To lose weight, it has to be avoided sometimes.

I should probably avoid bread, because I know I eat too many carbs.
BUT...I eat almost nothing except for sandwitches these days so I'd be at a loss for quick and easy food if I avoided bread.

I've been doing a lot of soups lately. Especially the light versions of Progresso. What I do is I make it how it says to make it then I dump out the liquid to get rid of the sodium. I'm sure there's probably a cheaper way if I made my own soup but this is a quick and easy meal that's "healthier".

No. I love biscuits, cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, and LOVE LOVE LOVE garlic bread. I could eat garlic bread all the time.

I have cut on the bread a long time ago. But this is the food I learned to eat at breakfast when I was a kid. I don´t eat cereals. Never.
I do avoid chocolate as I am addict to it. I just don´t buy it and eat it all when someone brings me some.
