It was a combination of a few things that made me put it up.. It's a good way to procrastinate while still completing a task I'd be doing eventually anyway, l like it, and my mam brought my decorations round almost two weeks ago and they were making my house look untidy

He's starting to learn how to get up on all fours now, and he's shuffling around backwards so I really can't take my eyes off him any more

You're leaving the wrapped presents lying under the tree for weeks? I've never heard anything like that. This is torture! :-) Especially when there are children around. This is certainly not done in Germany. The presents appear only on Christmas day.

Yeah that's what we do! The presents under the tree are from family, and they build up over the course of the month, then on Christmas eve Father Christmas comes and fills up the pillowcase left at the end of the child's bed

I've essentially got one room in a very nice building

Most US people have a bigger bathroom

they don't always get the size of our houses. It's small but very very clean as I clean daily.
