Road Rage turned Self-defense?

Frustrated Murderer

David Lim gets out of his car, argues with the driver of the car behind him. Reason? The other driver keeps honking his horn. The argument escalates, David goes back to his car, brings out a gun. According to him, the other driver is about to attack him and he shoots him for self-defense! If this guy gets off the hook then our justice system has really gone bonkers. Well apparently this guy is from a very rich and influential family and his parents are close to the current president. Does justice favor the rich? Photo from ABS-CBN

Justice not always favor the rich people, but surely favor those who are close to the influential politicians.

@Beatburn This is the same in most countries, rich people and those with powerful friends escape justice.

I hope that justice will prevail. I don't blame David for being angry - but to shoot and kill the guy? No.

People seem to forget that wealth cannot be brought to the afterlife.

@Beatburn since the suspect was able to get out of the jail, i bet the victim is scared of his life, and for his family as well

Yes I think that justice favors people with power and connections. And money gives power to people. It is sad to see people getting away with so serious crimes.
