A Sick Day

Thanks I'm feeling much better. It's been nice and sunny so that helps.

Thanks, I do feel better. I had to go out shopping but not for long.

@RubyHawk Tell me about it. I would Love to have my Health back to at least somewhat where it was without having to be in so much pain all the time.

@KrauseHome Yes, we don't want to be sick if it can be helped.

Neither would I wish anyone to be sick. It's miserable.

@RubyHawk Do they keep close tabs on you to make sure you don't get pancreatic cancer?

@AmbiePam I spent time in the hospital several times before surgery. Part of my pancreas was taken out. I have seen Mary Poppins but it's been so long that I don't remember the details.

@RubyHawk On the days when your ipad doesn't allow you to submit a post are you able to copy and paste it into a document of some type and save it to upload later on? While I'm able to write and post a bit on my tablet, I have no idea how to copy and paste something from one place to another. And, if I don't have an image to use on my tablet then I have to add an image later on. I even got an app that's for copying and pasting from one thing to another on my tablet, but it didn't come with instructions and I've since deleted it.

Sometimes my iPad will submit and other times won't. Yes, most stomach aches are related to food we've eaten.

@MarshaMusselman There could be a way to copy and paste on my iPad but neither doI have instructions and I'm not very tech savvy. Anyway when my discussion doesn't submit it disappears.

@hereandthere I was so relieved after the surgery I try not to think about it.

I had a piece of my pancreas taken out last fall. I hoped that was the end of it. It was a growth on my pancreas.

I'm fine today. It was probably the pineapple

Yes my iPad seems to be working better. Now if I could get pictures to submit.

I think I know what could have caused it. I had eaten fresh pineapple and it tasted very acidic. I won't eat pineapple anytime soon.

@RubyHawk A lot of people have trouble with acidic foods. I'm one of the lucky ones. I think my stomach is made of cast iron.

@BettyB I wish mine were. It would be a lot more pleasant.

I had surgery last fall which should have fixed it. But I still have concerns when I'm not feeling well.

Could be or the pineapple I ate.

I am much better today. Thank you. I'll soon be good as new

Wish I could have but I still had to go grocery shopping and to the bank. I was back on the couch soon as possible.
