Update : Blocked, My First

A couple nights ago I was scrolling through the most recent discussions and I clicked on one of interest and when I wanted to leave a comment there was no respond button to click on. I knew what this meant, I had been blocked and I found it strange because I could not recall ever reading this persons discussions.
My first as far as I knew to be blocked.
But I had a couple people ask did I want them to find out why, if it was an accident, so I said yes. And JJ got the answer.
It was a mistake and I am no longer blocked from commenting on this persons discussions.
So no its not my first. And I am glad, When I do get blocked I want it to be for something I said and not a mystery.

I haven't blocked anyone, I simply ignore and who knows maybe a friend will comment on a post and I'd like to raz em, can't do that if the poster is blocked

@rebelann Its not and I did not want another rant from this woman so I blocked her, however I wished her rude and name calling comment would have stayed so people could see how she is.

Exactly the same type of post is why I blocked a woman, she called me names.

It was good that you were able to find out why and that it was by mistake. As far as I know, I have one person that has blocked me but I never did anything to find out why.

So I was right, many times the block is caused by accidents. I suspect those who use their touch phones, it's so easy to touch the "block" button and not notice. I think they should add a warning if you press that button, a pop up that asks to confirm if we really want to block. This is a question for @myLotBugs, can you add a warning pop up to prevent accidental blocking?

I've been blocked by someone for no reason but you know what - I don't care and have no desire to know why. There are so many more issues to worry or care about in real life.

Glad to hear it was just a misunderstanding. I, on the other hand, had to block my first member today. But I have a feeling that member will probably be banned soon so I don't know if it really "counts." LOL

I have never been blocked here before, perhaps because I am still a newbie yet despite that I have made some disagreements here and there. I am not sure if any of them blocked me though. Anyway, if ever that happens to me, I would want to seek answers too especially since there seems to be no reason at all. Mistakes do happen.
