A sprinkle here and there while I was at work today but clouds and sun for the part.
I came straight home grabbed the gas jug, got the gas, Tony hooked up the battery and drove down to the driveway by the hill, we rolled it off the truck and on the road and then into the driveway.
I filled it with gas, turned over the engine and that was all she wrote, for the next 2 hours I was busy. I mowed one acres that is the closest to the house and my walking trail.
I stopped because of the thunder in the distance. Cleaned it up and put it in the garage.
Yes the thunderstorms came but that is okay the grass was shorter and now can be managed.
I cannot describe the feeling of getting this place cleaned back up, I am happy with my purchase.

I'm glad you love your new lawn mower and you were able to cut some of the grass before the stuff. It's always nice when we get a new toy and love using it.

We don't have grass over here, it's all cement now. But even so, our back yard isn't big enough for that little baby of yours

My husband would have mowed ours and the neighbor's lawn too if he got a new mower! We have 2 used mowers that he is working on. One was given to us by my brother and he feels he can get it running once he gets the necessary parts.
Had our telephone class last night. Only one more to go and then we have our Thursday nights back to seminormal. LOL.

That is what I had, 2 that needs this or that and no one to fix it around here, I have to haul them 30 miles and then its not certain he can fix them.

Yes I did the work today in two hours and would have taken me 4 hours or more to push mow.

@andriaperry I actually wouldn't consider it bad. It was just doing way too much running from one place to another. When i got home I thought I was done, no I had to leave again. Just one of those days.

I watch mowing in our Field's when when visit my Granny's home in summer. I like to watch it, it's pretty difficult work. We hire a man to do this.
