When Everything Is Wrong

I am sure a lot of us are really stressed and anxious people sometimes. Well, I am like that all the time. I just hate it when little things bother me, in the sense that they make me supr stress and it feels lie you are about to do everything wrong, and sometimes things turn okay, so it's like you worried for nothing. I would rather worry about something like there's no tomorrow and let everything end up fine instead of not worrying and things happen. Does anyone else experience this similar feeling?

I try not to stress myself on anything. I act as if that particular thing doesn't exist and l over look it.

That is a very good day to look at it. I do my best but I will continue to stress until the venture is over and find out if all is okay.

For sure. Its hard to not be a "worst case scenario" thinker. I always try to reassure myself and keep positive. Sometimes it works!

I am not stressed. I do watch the blue skies while watering my garden, and wait for the morning sun to envelop me. I pick hibiscus and santan flowers for Mama Mary and Her Son, Jesus at my altar, or bedboard. I talk to my doggy, the maya birds, the butterflies and moths, and the street passers-by. It's a wonderful world. Worry is a useless activity. Don't dwell on it. It will kill your heart. Meditate instead, and talk to God for your petitions., Chances are, He will grant your prayers. So worry time was wasted time.

You're right, Eileen. I should pray to God more. I do distract myself with different activities like my pets like my turtle, chihauhuas and guinea pig. I like to listen to positive music, watching animation, and coloring on adult coloring books. =) We need to worry less about life.

In the past few years, I've experienced a few episodes of high anxiety. It's been different than anything I've ever been through before. The worst part usually just lasted a few minutes. But for me it happened after some traumatic events in my life, like sudden loss of a relative, etc. I'm sorry you are so stressed, so often. You might have anxiety disorder. I hope you can get help!

Yeah, and my mom has anxiety. But she worries about different things than me or similar things. Anxiety is different for everyone that has it, right? Because I wouldn't say I have it so badly. But there are people that have panic attacks for little things and everything.

Best thing is to get our minds off certain things, once in a while behave as if you ain't in the world

Yeah, if we distract ourselves with someone else than that one thing, that will work.
