So much snow

We've gotten quite a bit of snow overnight. And we're supposed to get more. It's crazy.
It's not the biggest snow fall we've had, but we're still getting quite a bit. My husband is out shoveling a path. My girls were supposed to have ballet, but it's been cancelled due to the amount of snow. So, glad I don't have to take them.
It's hard to believe that yesterday we were getting rain, and now the temperatures dropped to below zero and we're getting quite a bit of snow.

Same story, different location, here in St Catharines. Plus, it's "blustery"... that's the official weather word. At least it's covering up all the crap left behind after the melt.
Guess I better get out there and start shovelling. At least clear the steps.

@dodo19 It wasn't too bad, the snow was the light fluffy kind. Unfortunately, the plow just went by and I have to do it all over again.

@1hopefulman it’s not surprising the bus didn’t show and the roads weren’t quite done. It does look like we’re in for a few days of cold unfortunately.

@dodo19 I went out this afternoon and waited for the bus #202. I waited 20 min and then walked the 12 blocks to the metro, I never saw the bus. The snow was beautiful but the sidewalks were messy and I had to walk carefully on the street facing the traffic which was very light.
Now we have to face a few days of extreme cold.

The temperature has dropped dramatically here as well. When it is less than 40 degrees in Florida, that is cold.
