We Got Snow

Okay, it's not a lot, and I thought I would snap that picture before it all melted as proof that we actually got some this time. The prediction was for .3 inches. I bet it lived up to it too. The forecast is also for 36 F, so what you see in the photo will be gone in a few hours as the temps warm up around here.
So, I'm going to enjoy it while I can. Beggars can't be choosers when it comes to snow. For now, it's a wonderful sight.
I'm in and out of here, as I keep up with the notifications and work on New Horizons. I hope your day is going well.

We have had very little snow this winter surprisingly. However, Feb is usually the big snow month for these parts so it might happen again. We could end up with a whole winters snow in one storm. I hope not, cuz that is a pain!

I saw what the typical snow totals are for February this morning - 10 inches. I wouldn't mind getting that much in one shot, or several shots of 10 each would be equally nice. I don't see that happening.

Alot of the snow we got yesterday has melted today, even though it was in 20s, it was sunny.

@just4him - You are probably right. The snow levels in the California mountains have dropped dramatically over the past few years.

That was a month ago. Now, our snow is fading fast. It's quite warm today for this time of year. Someone just walked by in a spring jacket. I also heard the first motorcycle this year a short while ago. Winter isn't over, but the temps believe it is. For the moment.
