Oreo's: Taking Over Your Cookie Jar

Cookie Jar Warfare

There's a war brewing in the cookie aisle of your local grocery convenient store. In an effort to take over your cookie jar at home, Oreo has a few choices for you to buy, hopefully all at once, to take home and try to fit into your cookie jar. There will be many crumbs left behind. Many will be tortured as they're drowned in glasses of milk. Some will be horrifically pulled apart exposing the creme filling skeleton it holds inside. Sacrifices will be ate! Because - They now come to you in such delicous flavors as Chocolate Hazelnut and Cinnamon Bun. If you decide its too much Oreo for you and only want a lighter thinner version, well guess what! There are Thin Bites available ! To go along with regular flavored Oreo, you also have three Fudge Dipped varieties for you to drool over! Coconut Creme, Mint and Original ! If you are someone who likes a little flare in your taste of a cookie, no problem, to go along with your shot of Fireball whisky you can chase it with Hot & Spicy Cinnamon Oreo! And if your like Pony boy and want to stay gold, then you're in luck, Golden Oreo's to the rescue! To the traditionalist there will always be regular Oreos. If you're the kind that's crazy for the white filling, then you will always have Double Stuff as an option. But to those of us who just want a good ol fashioned American cookie, there's always a regular Oreo with packaging that includes red and white stripes with an imprint of an American flag on the cookie itself. That's amazing! I haven't had one for a long time as I'm very concerned about the sugar. Do they have a healthy cookie?

You're at Target aren't you? Double Stuff is my favorite but its been awhile since I bought an oreo cookie bag! I usually get oreos in the lunchables if I crave them! So many options now. Did you get any?

@Plethos Of course I recognize the store layout. I actually want to go to Target today, but will probably go tomorrow it's 9PM now and I don't want to go at night. I am going to stock up on some more laundry detergent and buy household supplies (need more toilet cleaner) and I want Lindt Chocolates. Pepperidge perhaps?

I agree there are so many different kinds of Oreo cookies out there it is hard to choose which one to get. But my favorite is the double stuff and the original ones. I have not tried and of the other ones.

I like the strawberry ones. They're so popular in the UK that they now live in the biscuit aisle and not the Foods from around the World! aisle. Thankfully we only have two or three varieties available.

I rarely eat them. I used to buy Hydrox cookies. Oreo's are a Hydrox knock off. Just looked it up and they are apparently making Hydrox again. You can buy them on Amazon.

@Plethos We have very good cookies here, filled with chocolate or hazelnut cream. I avoid to buy, they are tempting, but full of fats.
