Do you flavor your water?

I guess we all know that drinking water is good for us, but many of us don't drink as much water as we should, because lets face it..it is not that exciting to drink. I have lately been flavoring my water with a bit of lemon which makes it more flavorful. Do you put anything in your water to enhance the flavor? What do you use?

I have gotten in he bad habit of occasionally using a crystal light packet which has fake sugar so not good for you. A lemon or lime slice is always good though!

My daughter credits Crystal lite with her ulcerative colitis issues. That seems to be the straw that broke the camels back, so to speak.

@snowy22315 I once bought a bottle that was a flavoring to add a little of lemon juice, I don't remember if it is real lemon juice or not. I bought it at Aldi's and it made my water very pleasant tasting. I love water when it is ice and could drink unlimited amounts of it

I do that too if there are lemons or orange or mango or mint leaves or tea or any fruits. I don't favor plain water, first because its plain and second because my body can't really hold it and just pass it on into urination in the next five minutes. So, I don't really drink plain water.

Not me. I just drink water plain. It IS still difficult and I have to force myself to do it. But I do my best to get my 8 glasses of water in per day.

For us, water is the drink of choice. If we do add anything, it might be some organic lemon.

Unless it is really, really awful I love water. I started drinking water and almost nothing else about 30 years ago and I guess it's an acquired taste. I don't like to flavor it. I love the way it quenches my thirst and keeps me from being thirsty. Any other liquid like pop (soda) only makes me thirstier. There's nothing like water!

I have lemon in a glass of warm water early in the morning - otherwise I don't flavor my water.

I don't really like to add anything to my water but I have tried making infused water. I used cucumber, lemon, limes, and mint. I really like it but I don't always think about buying the ingredients to make it. Other than that I don't put anything in my water. I love ice cold water just the way it is.
