Contact Us Not Working?

Has anyone else tried to contact admin and not gotten a response? I just sent my second message to ContactUs (meaning myLot). I have read through the facts and FAQ's, etc but ContactUs is the only option I see aside from getting a new password sent if you have lost yours or GoAskAllice. I am under the impression that GoAskAlice is for suggestions only. Am I wrong about this?
Help? Anyone?

@GoAskAlice is the main moderator and the go-to person for any problems you may have with the Guidelines, with other users or with things to do with your account.
@MyLotBugs is the person to contact if you discover a 'bug', have a suggestion or when there are technical issues with the site.
It's a good idea to follow both of these accounts (and, perhaps, bookmark them). It makes it easier to find any public posts or announcements they have made and to contact them by Private Message.
I cannot find any 'Contact Us' page as referred to in the Frequently Asked Questions and elsewhere. This issue ought to be rectified, @mylotbugs!

@myklj999 Thanks for that. I wasn't aware it was there. I would assume that both 'Alex' and 'Bugsy' have access to the 'contact at mylot dot com' address. The snail mail address is one of a Virtual Mail service. Any physical mail received there will be scanned and sent by email to myLot.

@owlwings I had the same problem with the contact us page. on the FAQ section.
@mykj999 thank you for the info. I will start out with @GoAskAlice and see what I am told then try the contact page if that does not work out.

Alex (@GoAskAlice) always replied when I asked questions. He does not reply if I simply let him know something that does not require a reply. It is very possible that he took a few days vacation. Not always he replies immediately, I know that he receives dozens of messages every day from the users. Give him a little more time.

I have never used "contact us". On the other hand, Alex and Bugsy do not always write a reply, although I am sure that they get the messages.
