Can you touch your toes?

Can you be doing down and touch your toes without bending your knees? Although im not overweight I don't have the flexibility to do this. I struggled to do this even as a child!! Can you do this?

Yes, I'm very flexible. I have no trouble touching my toes.

If I do a few stretches I can do it easily which is unusual for a man my age in shape or not.

@pitstop That would likely help. I had trouble for a while when I was younger. Then I got a job picking vegetables for a local farmer. By the time the summer was over and the cucumbers were done for the season, I could put my palms flat on the ground without bending my knees.

Then do it everyday and the pain will disappear as your body gets used to it.

I am quite thin too. Maybe our bodies were not meant to touch toes. It may upset our balance.

The firsy few days i had trouble but since then i have been doing it easily because nothing comes quick and i feel like my feet are on air when i am running so its a win win either way hope that helps

I can, flexibility is very important and I encourage you to stretch every day! You can include it in your morning and evening routine, you'll soon see improvements!
