I find it a bit rude, that if you take your time and respond to someone disscusion you dont get any reply back. Specially when I write a long reply. I wounder why dont people reply to it. Some just like some complitely ignore. And yes I know someone is gone maybe, but some are active I can see than and still no reply. Does this bother you?

I try to as well. Unless it’s a really bad/thoughtless one word response. Then I just let it sit.

Yes, I never stop replying to someone who is answering back to me. well make use of it because it is earning. and of course if youhave made connections that will be great for your next discussions. Choose the one who is replying to the discussion so you won't waste your effort.

@frenki before I just respond to all discussions, interesting not interesting, of course the main reason why we are here is to earn. Then someone told me that response I made will not be counted (something to that effect) unless the discussion owner or someone comment back. From then if I will see a new member or a member that I have not interacted with has a discussion I will respond. one or twice. if no response... then next discussion.. I won't bother reading.

@Mavic123456 Yes, I heard that too, thats why I dont understand why people dont support eachother, someone respond on your discussion, helped you, so rely and help back. But maybe new users still dont know how it all works.

It doesn't bother me anymore. Being here in mylot for 8 years now made me tough when it comes to that. There are just those who aren't interested in interacting or sometimes they just don't find the interest in commenting on those responses. I don't respond back when the comment is not related to my discussion at all. Or when there's no need to respond to it anymore. But when the response calls for an interaction, I always do.

This is an ongoing debate. I always give a like to comments/responses which helps earnings. However, I do not response to most because I have nothing constructive to add. Many people here work and have limited time for responding.

Yes, I supose there is nothing to add sometimes, but sometimes its a real disscusion and long respond which should get reply in my opinion.

Most don't do it on purpose. If you don't clear your notifications daily, then you would miss other members' responses.

@frenki Each time a new member responds to a discussion, the previous responses are placed at the bottom of the page. So the user might never know that someone else responded to their discussion.

But if its a recent discussion and they are already active and making another, yet no responde on previous one? It happends to me also that it gets lost in notifications. But if there is 3,4 responde and all they do is like them and thats it.

As much as I could I try to replies made on my post. I seldom ignore their reply unless it is a short post like"ok", "wow that's great" kind of posts. I either put a like on their post or I totally ignore them at all. But for those that makes an effort to post and explain his/her side I will surely make an effort to reply on them.

@frenki Definitely.... for as long as the reply is relevant you need to reply to it makes the discussion more interesting as time goes by.

@frenki some of those people just must produce that generic comment on every single discussion on site. Some of those people got banned for abusing the system.

I don't let what others do bother me. However, I try to eventually respond to every comment that is made at least one time even if it is just a short comment. I think it is common courtesy to respond at least once.

I did a rant before about a member here who always reply the same thing with me, while on the other members he replies and interacts. But when it comes to me, he can only say, Thank you for sharing, my friend. Which means that's the end of your conversation. And I move on. I never respond to his discussion anymore though I still follow him. There is also another member here who post discussion but never replies to his responses on his discussion. Here, it's a win-win situation, if you respond to one's discussion meaning you are also entitled to respond to them.

I think people are not interested to read out the long topic so they ignore it or go through some important lines and feel less interest to write down the reply.
