Superfoods

Superfoods are foods that you eat that are super good for you. The super foods are healthy like salmon which is really good for you. There are anti-oxidant rich foods like blueberries. Some super foods have lots of vitamins in them; Even dark chocolate and honey is good for you.
Remember all of the berry fruits like blackberries and strawberries are really good for you.
I will be doing some groups of superfoods.

I eat salmon, but my doctor did tell me I should only it twice a week, much to my disappointment. I also picked up these when I had the chance to get them free. I know I don’t always get enough superfoods, so hopefully, these particular vitamins will make up for any deficiencies.

I like strawberry yoghurt.
I've never eaten salmon but I do eat the normal fish.

We really love fresh blueberries, they are so good. But the price of them now is absolutely ridiculous, as are the other berries. Usually strawberries are priced reasonably in late spring/early summer. We will have to wait a while still.
My son doesn't like salmon. He does like some other types of fish, but salmon isn't one of them. I do fix it sometimes for myself.

Oh, so do I. And I usually have to make a homemade shortcake and whip some real whipping cream for a strawberry shortcake dessert at one point during the season. Heavenly!

Dark chocolate is my favorite chocolate. I also like blueberries. But they are quite expensive here.

I like super foods..if Kale is one though, I will pass. It isn't,,too bad in soup though.

I do not see Kale on my list. I like all of the superfoods to. Some not as much as others.

My favorite superfood, and a big surprise to me, is the simple radish. It is full of nutrients and easy to use. It is my bedtime snack many nights a week. I eat it raw with Ranch dressing. Very KETO friendly. But in my research for healthy foods, I found out that you can also cook these radishes. I knew you can cook horseradish but had no idea that these little red balls of goodness can be cooked. I have not tried them yet that way.

Superfoods are very healthy. It also contains millets, oats I sometimes use in breakfast.

Why are they good for you? what makes them good to eat??
people would like to know how good are they & why eat them
what are they for besides just to eat? for your health? are they
for people with Diabetes, heart problems, weight problems?

They have vitamins and minerals that are good for you. They have antioxidants that are good for you. They are good for your heart, sleep problems and will help you loss weight.
