How many of you are vegetarian ? Why do you not prefer to be veg. In this way you can indirectly save life of innocent animals etc. To be veg also keeps you away from ailment, do you know ? share your ideas frankly ...

Nope, I am not a vegetarian. Vegetarian food are actually high in oil content, so it's not really that healthy overall. Cos they don't have the flavour of the meat, so they have to use the oil to give us more taste in the food.

No boss, it is not so. Actually vegetables need less oils to cook. only few of us add more oils. Use of Microwave Oven for cooking can reduce the oil usage.

I'm not a vegetarian. I just like meat too much! I do feel bad about the animals, but I guess I'm sort of selfish. I don't eat meat as often as some people though. I probably have meat maybe twice a week. It's just difficult to find things to eat sometimes, that don't have meat in them.

I am a vegetarian most of the time.. but i like meat too. i think both the diets are equally important for an individual. but i am not saying vegetarian should also meat because they can get all nutrients from vegetables too. its just that something have more of a nutrient and others have another.

no I'm not, I like so much every kind of meat that in my opinion being a vegetarian is impossible. I uderstand the problem of innocent killed animals but I think it's only the food chain

I eat alot of vegetables, but I can't give up meat, for one point, if we don't eat meat then the animals will over populate, if they over populate they will over consume the wild food they eat in order survive, if there is not enough food for the animals to survive then they die, so us meat eaters are aiding our eco system.

I eat meat. Well fish and fowl, I used to be a vegetarian but I was hungry all the time! I did it for fifteen months and I just couldn't do it anymore. Although I have friends that are rabid vegans and don't touch eggs or milk either. Those people really have to be careful though due to a lack of proteins and fatty acids in that type of diet.

Vegetarians do have advantage over diseases. But somehow in cool countries you need food which gives more energy or heat there it is a necessicity to eat non-veg.

It needs just a decision. Nothing more than that. When we decide that we have to do this thing, means we have to do and start it at once. In my opinion, vegetables are available in bulk in city.
