I have a pepper garden with jalepenos and spicy banana peppers. I read online how to pickle them by boiling them with garlic, onions, and vinegar. Upon trying this a few times however, i've found out it creates sort of a toxic atmosphere. My family members don't appreciate their eyes watering and noses running and I feel guilty every time it's time to pickle the peppers so they won't go bad. Ha...
