theivorywolfe Of course this won't have a great affect if you don't loose most fat infront of stomach muscle. When breathing in push belly out. Then when breathing out pull belly in. Helps tighten and strengthen tummy muscles.

theivorywolfe My heart aches to be close and be comforted by them being near. I know they are safe and ok. I think it is a little of everything you mentioned...love, lack of communication, and not seeing them...this makes me miss them very much.

theivorywolfe I think they mean overly heated arguements are bad because then it's more likely that physical abuse could occur. Smaller arguemnts which I think are more of debates are a little healthy. In either case I don't like to argue in front of my child. He's only 6...

theivorywolfe It is possible to have a blog at blogspot.com but use your own .com...they allow that. Do a search "free web hosting" or "cheap web hosting". Search on google they are best.

theivorywolfe I make a rule never to trust the sites that make you gamble. I researched them before (typed: gamble scams)...I didn't like what I read. Sorry can't help more , but be careful.
