Who were your favorite 1980's singers?  

So did I and other ones like Motley Crue and Bon Jovi in the 1980's when they sung rock and Def Lepard. Thanks for sharing

Def Lepard was so awesome! I was always so facinated as a kid how their drummer could play with just one arm. And I completely forgot to put Bon Jovi on my list. How could I have forgotten him? lol

I almost forgot def lepard. The Pyromania album was our soundtrack when I worked at Hersheypark. Thanks for the memories. I also liked Debbie (now Deborah) Gibson and Tiffany. They were such fun songs to sing along to and dance to.

Yeah Debra Gibson and Tiffany were both cool singers also.

Styx and Jorney were great. i don't know why I didn't say them. Journey was great and who can forget Mr. Roboto from Styx. Air Supply had the greatest romance songs and so did REO Speedwagaon with I can't fight this feeling anymore.

Everyone you have mentioned I love and still listen to regularly. I love Renegade by Styx. I actually saw them in concert about 7 years ago and they were still rockin out. Great concert! And Michael Jackson was the first person I ever saw in concert when I was 5. He was on his Thriller tour at the time. I remember when the monsters came out on the stage I got scared lol.

That sounds cool. I was 11 when Micheal jackson came out with Thriller but it doesn't seem that long ago.

Yeah they are visible. Espically Madonna and Bon Jovi. I haven't heard much on Debbie Gibson I am glad she is still singing though.

I dont hear from Debbie Gibson anymore,just love to sing her songs on the karaoke.But with Jon bon jovi and madonna they still continue singing but very seldom.

Yeah Debra Gibson did have some great songs. Here in The United States Bon Jovi has gotten pretty big again but they sing country now. So it's sort of strange.I saw Madona not to long ago on t.v. doing a concert. She's still doing alright for over 20 years. She was singing when like in 1982 or 1983. I was about 12 or 13. I can't remember but old enough to start liking music.

Yeah Madonna has went a long way since the 1980's and is still doing pretty well.

Yeah these all were great 80's groups and singers. Janet Jackson, Madonna and Paula Abdul are still around. Well Paula dosen't sing but she's a judge on American Idol.

yeah Guns and Roses started in the late 80's. Madonna is still singing and Prince I have heard has started back singing.

Yeah it is. I have heard Bon Jovi they sing country now and Rick Springfield I have heard is singing and Prince and Madonna I saw here awhile back on t.v in concert.
