which is the name of your pet?

fatso and slinky, b/c one is really fat and the other is real skinny and long, i got two ferrats, and the older one is real long and skinny and kinda slinks around, while fatso is fat and shorter.

I have a tendency to acquire pets in pairs, so their names usually match. Example - my yellow & black labs - Salt & Pepper, My cats - Thelma & Louise, My 3 horses - Larry, Moe & Curley. My Koi fish, Fred, Wilma, Barney, Betty, Bam-Bam & Pebbles. Only one Donkey & he's Jack but if I got another it would be female & she would be Jill. Oh goodness - I'm toooooo corny for words - LOL.

I named my cat Simba, because I got him for my birthday, right around when the Lion King movie came out. :]

My 3 cats were Lady (because she was a lady) Shania (because she reminded me of Shania Twain, so dainty) and Sake (because she was very oriental looking). When we took on a couple of kittens, we called them Salt and Pepper. Salt was the black kitten and Pepper was the white kitten. They have moved to new homes now and probably have new names.

We have a cat my kids named BONES it came here as a stray a few years ago and she was so skinny they called her bones.We have a new guinea pig I named MAUREECE just because she looked like that name.:)

I also don't know why i gave my cat names sheilla. i just suddenly named her. i took her from pet shelter and on that time i didn't know which one that i should pick up cause they were so cute and lovely. i just started to mention some names infront of them and when i spelled about sheilla, a three color cat came into me. i was so surprised how could it be happened, and when i asked to the guardian in pet shelther, he mentioned to me that all of cats on there has no name. by this chance, i put her and named sheilla till now

Our dog is Cody and our cat is Cloey. Both animals were left with us when our daughter moved out, bought them, moved back home, moved out again and couldn't take them with her. So their names were already in place when we ended up with them. Their names do fit them well. Both are older now, calm and excellent pets.

My dogs name is BoBo. My husband named him that but I really don't know how he came up with that name. We also have a little hamster and his name is Wiggles. I watched him for a while and wrote down some names and let my daughter choose the final name for him.

Me and my family choose to name our pet stay because at only a young age he(He is a male puppy) can understand us. When we say stay he will automatically stay. That`s why we called him stay.

My Cats name is Rags, but that was his name when I got him from the shelter. It fits him well though, so I would not change it.

my first pet in life was a dog,i named him timmy after the dog of the "famous five" as i grew up i fell in love with keeping gold fish as my pet and now i call the first one timmy,and another one is casper

I usually let my children choose the name for their pets so we have two cats, Wilfred and Sybil, two rabbits Nike and Sweetheart, a guinea pig called Tango, thats an easy one to explain bright ginger in colour and the goldfish are Jay, Joy and Jar as my little boy was just starting to talk using J in his speech all the time LOL. Our old cat was a rescue one and jet black so hence the name Blackie that he already had when we got him. I did ask my daughter why she named the cats Wilfred and Sybil and she just said she liked the names. Ellie :D

hi tony-when my ex and i got our first dog it used to sound like he would be scampering everywhere so i called him scampi, then we got two others they are brother and sister so we named them chips and pickles-ther you have a meal! scampi chips and pickles-unfortunatley scampi has now pased on but i still have chips and pickles-littleowl

When we got our cat, Sassy (Sasper), he was just 8 weeks old. We thought that he was a girl kitten. So, we named her Sassafrass, Sassy for short. Needless to say in just a couple of weeks 'she' turned out to be a 'he'. So we switched the name, keeping the nickname. He was such a sassy little creature. Now he is a year old and weighs in at 14 1/2 lbs. He is still sassy. LOL

Which one? I have 14 of them. lol yup, 14 fur babies. 9 cats and 5 dogs. Their names are, cats first, Chopper, Daisy, Rascal, Gracie, Bobo, Music, Sammy, Big Boy, and Sassy. Dogs are, Peanut, Hope, Faith, Missy and Lady. All have different personalities and I love every darn one of them!
